Mark and Tim at Dwelcom really know their stuff and made sure to go the extra mile when building our granny flat to leave that personalised touch. Extremely professional and thorough, and the granny flat was built and finished in an extremely pleasing time frame compared to most other companies.

Building is always a stressful time, that's why I strongly recommend the team at Dwelcom. Tim & Mark have many years of experience in the industry, and were great deal to with. The process was very smooth, and they kept us updated every stage of the way. If you're looking at building or renovating, you can't look past these guys!
I have been shopping around for a while for a granny flat for my home on the north shore. These guys were definitely not in the running. They have very limited designs and were more on the amateur side of the business. I ended up going with Granny Flat Solutions who have been amazing.
Strange company. I went to their office after hearing their ads but they were closed. Annoying.
I have been shopping around for a Granny Flat for some time and I liked these guys but they came across as more raw recruits than experienced Granny Flat builders. I heard their advertising daying 25 Years of experience but I dont think they have built many granny flats so far
