I sent my son’s badly damaged phantom 4 plus drone to Simon at DUVOLAB just before Xmas to see whether it was even fixable. (I thought it would most probably be a write off - not so!)
Simon is really great to deal with, a thorough professional, always prompt with replies, very reasonable on price and best of all he really knows his stuff!
Simon managed to fix and return our drone all within about a week, so it looked and flew like new again. He also threw in a carry box for free which was super nice of him. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble.

I sent my drone for repairing propellers and I just checked it today, the slot isn't fit with the bettary, and There are some cracks around memory card slot and charging jack. I am disappointed this service.

Crashed my drone into a tree, drone is flying fine but the gimbal is slightly crooked and the horizon is not level. Calibrated the gimbal automatically and manually, was fine for low altitude, crooked again on higher altitude. Sent it to Duvolab, got the quote it was actually well priced. Now it’s as good as new. Simon is very polite and helpful, highly recommend the next time you got issues with your drone. MUCH THANKS!

Simon was an absolute legend with his service. Dropped my drone off to him when i was up his way for work for a couple of days, and wasn’t expecting next day repairs, but was absolutely stoked that I had it to take away with me the next day. Everything works perfectly now and even did a couple of extra upgrades as well for a small extra cost! Would definitely recommend using DUVOLAB for all drone repairs!
