The work done by the ladies that came to clean was terrific.
The managers attitude to this customer was beyond belief! Never had the same cleaner twice and owner changed day of clean without verbal consultation.then shows attitude when messages aren't replied to immediately! IF you have something important to convey CALL people. I presume I would have been charged if I had NOT seen the "courtesy" message and had not been home! Then SHE has the nerve to fire me.unbelievable! No wonder staff retention seems low if she treats them as she treated this new customer!
