8The lady that served me today had terrible customer service. No amount of "love", "hun" or "thanks" will fix your tone or make up for how rude you were. I felt like I was rushed, there was no consideration for my questions.it was a "take your money and get rid of you" situation. I will be avoiding Dusk wollongong for now on if I see her working there. She didn't even ask me for my membership.
Did not get any assistance for 20 minutes despite the store having no customers at one point except me. All employees ignored me and continued stocking shelves. Went to pay and the server gave me attitude when I asked for a bag even though the other customers had been asked if they wanted one. Always disappointed with my experiences at this store. Come here if you want to be treated horribly.
Refuses to honour warranty on faulty item, states they must test the item, but being a diffuser will take a few hours, and they don't have time to do that.
The customer service at Dusk Wollongong is exceptional every time i go in there.
What im very disappointed about is the low quality of the scented candles and oil/stick diffusers of late.
Im a member and purchase regularly. Ive noticed the lime and vanilla scented pillar candles at $50 for 2 has NO scent at all.
Im pregnant and my sense of smell is heightened.
Im better off purchasing the triple soy scented candles from Glebe Markets, which sadly is closing down.
Thanks for the good customer service, but i wont return due to the poor quality in dusk products.
Looked for unscented pillar candles and asked the staff. A lady called Anna told us no we don't have them, didn't ask anything else or try to help at all. We looked around the shop ourselves and then found exactly the unscented pillar candles we had wanted. Very poor customer service.
Love my dusk. Great place to add those finer touches to your home. Fragrances are such an essential to modern living. They accentuate our senses in a peaceful way.
