dusk Charlestown reviews
7Dusk a go to place for all sorts of home needs and gift needs, if you're looking for a great gift or a beautiful candle you can't go past Dusk, been a favourite of mine for many years. High;y recommended, and the staff are fanatic as well, very helpful.
I was in store today and the lady that served me was so accommodative and lovely! Super amazing customer service! I wish I got her name! Thankful:)
Great range of products and really exceptional customer service. I'm not a super regular customer, but the staff remembered me and stuff I was interested in, which was a very pleasant experience. Definitely would recommend!
An average size dusk store, a great variety of stock and lovely staff very helpful
Love Dusk. One of my favourite Shop's. Staff are ever so helpful, the atmosphere is just to dream of. I'll be back?
There a tall larger girl who works there who seems quite lovely, and a shorter young girl with light hair that is fantastic.
The young boy who works there I have to say isn’t very good. I’ve spoken to him on two separate occasions.
First was enquiring about a glass bowl they had on display, to whether they had anymore and how much. He said “I don’t know. ” And stared at me to which I had to ask him to find out. He walks out the back for a very short period of time and exits to say he can’t find anymore and he thinks that’s it and stares at me again. I ask how much it is and he repeats he doesn’t know so I leave it and leave the store as I’m done fighting for decent customer service (seriously how hard is it to look it up or ask someone. To even not offer to help is ridiculous, it’s as if he was just hoping I’d stop asking for help).
The second I came in and asked to whether they had any reeds that smell like the ocean. He pulls a confused face and walks me over to “white water”, I read the description “mandarin and musk” and felt confused as that doesn’t sound like the ocean at all. I smelt it to which it didn’t even smell like a tropical island, not like the beach or water or sand, nothing close. I point that out and he walks me over to another that’s named after water. I realise he has no idea what anything smells like and is just guessing. I end up just leaving as I couldn’t be bothered anymore. He wasn’t friendly either times and just seems like he’s new but also doesn’t want to bother. I honestly feel uncomfortable around him when I see him there now and want to leave.
