I purchased diffuser oils and it was worth purchasing. They smell so good, especially Tokyo and spiritual oil. Staff service was good as one of the female staff guided us properly. I highly recommend this place,

Extremely poor service. Purchased a diffuser as a gift and had it gift wrapped. As it was gift wrapped in store there was no ability to check the product before giving it. Turns out the power cord was missing.

Went back to the store to pick up the missing power chord where I was immediately accused of being a thief. According to the sales person they have a lot of thefts and people then try to return goods. Sounds like poor management and not my problem. This remained the rhetoric even after the sales person admitted they remove the power cords from the units on the shelf for precisely this reason, to curb thefts, which explains why it was missing in mine.

I reiterated that the item had been gift wrapped so was unable to be checked before gifting. The sales person would have none of it and just became more aggressive. This went on for at least 20 minutes, at least 5 of which were spent with the lone sales person "out the back"and non communicative.

Eventually after citing consumer protection law and showing the relevant content on the ACCC website the sales person relented. Then it was a saga to find a "spare" cord. I was compelled to explain that if they remove the cords from the units on the shelf then surely there was a stash of cords somewhere.

Worst interaction I've experienced at any retail outlet and completely unacceptable. I'm also completely gob smacked that it was over such a petty, but essential, component. A power cord!

Girls at the Penrith store are always so helpful and lovely. Fixed my diffuser without any hassle! Love shopping there as it’s always a great experience.

Given the times its really great that the policy is no one is allowed to smell the display candles however staff are to touch and pick it up for you. This would have been a great decision if the staff wernt actually SICK! She wiped her nose and sneezed several times in front of me, she was completely congested too and touched everything I needed to purchase! The worst part is I'm pregnant! She is the one of very few people I've come into contact with as I'm in isolation for my babys sake and at this stage she is the only sick person I've seen. I will be reporting this penrith store to the health officials for such negligence given where we are at in this country.

Very nice staff, but VERY expensive prices. It is WAY CHEAPER to make the candles yourself and it is very easy!
