From rent collection, inspections, minor maintenance, to tenant requirements, always attended to in efficient and timely manner.
Through their association with various trade services (electrical, plumbing, and the like), any maintenance requirements have always been handled promptly and economically.

These guys don’t even deserve to be rated. Do not rent with Gary Dunn. Absolutely disgusting customer service, extremely rude. They want you to listen to everything they think is right but never ready to listen to their tenants. They will claim for damages that you have not done. Do not expect any empathy from them because all they care about is chewing the tenants money.

I’ve been renting with Dunn property for a long time. Renee, my property manager, is so helpful, especially when I locked myself out the other week late at night, after hours. Thank you!

I just want to say, Today I have had an extremely stressful day, to top it off, the water meter burst and left me with no water to the house, and flooding all over the front lawn.
I am not in any way a “tech savvy” person- I do not know the first thing about plumbing, not even to save my life (I didn’t even know how to turn the tap off on the meter)
I called the office at Garry Dunn Hammondville and was greeted by Aaron. I must say, I have NEVER had a property manager come to help me, especially on a weekend! But Aaron was straight over here to help, no questions asked.

He is a very friendly person, he switched off the water, he even took time out of his personal life to call later in the afternoon and check that everything was ok, while he would have already been home, with his family, or doing things in his own personal time.

The time he took out of his day for me, really meant a lot to me. So thank you very much Aaron Dunn! I really appreciated your help today.

I absolutely love our property agent Renee Fitzsimmons - since I had moved into a 3 bedroom house in 2015, I had 2 unfortunate and unwilling property agents. In 2018 (I think), Renee became our property agent. She is the kindest, is on point and understanding at the best and worst of times. She responds to any issues I have straightaway. My 13year old had currently locked himself out of the house and I was working 1hr away, I rang Renee and she said she could head to mine within 15mins to get my son in the house. Little deeds like this makes one a happy tenant and Renee a superb property agent (don't leave GD, Renee) 2 thumbs up and 6 stars because 5 isn't enough!

I would like to commend and hail our Real Estate Property Manager Renee Fitzsimmons for her exemplary service. We had to move in almost an emergency situation and Renee has made our move as well as our stay at the new place a smooth sailing experience indeed. My family and I would like to thank you Renee for being there for us.
