Carrie Taylor in your office has to be the rudest person we've ever tried to obtain a quotation from. Absolutely appauling and the fact that she answered the phone and was abusive when we tried to call to complain can only be further damaging to your business. I'd love to hear from the owner but doubt he will ever receive our message.

Do much fencing materials, great quality, but if you shop around you see they're soooo expensive.and there is other good quality products cheaper.

On entry so many signs, got it wrong then told go the other way and not told nicely either. Young man help me out thank you.

From the inquiry all the way through to the installation the team where very helpful, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The gates and privacy fencing are of the best quality and they are all installed to ensure they last a lifetime.

Technician came out to repair a faulty sensor, when I asked if that would sort the issue out, he said he couldn't tell me if it would or not. Started shouting at me and left without doing anything, extremely unprofessional and clearly had no idea what he was doing.

Don't bother with sending an online enquiry, they don't reply. Take your business elsewhere. Support someone locally

Paul Scholten - the installer - what can I say. I would rate him by far the best fence installer that I have ever seen and I have seen many instalation no only on my property but family and friends and work colleagues. He is old school like me, takes pride in his work, doesn't take shortcuts takes his time and does it perfectly. He also kept me informed through the entire installation. A real credit to the trade and he is a benchmark for all others to strive to reach. I have never, ever seen a fence so perfectly straight and level. I now go out into my yard now just to look & admire the fences and gates - puts me in good mood, puts a smile on the dial.

Great product, great instructions and very easy to deal with.
Be careful as promised delivery doesn't always happen. I have to explain to my client why an order from D&F with a printed "Delivery Date" of Monday 27th didn't arrive. My call to D&F was met with: "Oh we don't deliver Mondays, we only deliver Tuesdays. " If I'd been informed at time of order that delivery would be Tuesday, I would be able to make alternate arrangements. Here's hoping my order does arrive Tuesday.

Under no circumstances would they accommodate an afternoon quote. They only quote in the mornings which is impossible for me to due to my work. So disappointed. Have taken my business elsewhere

We engaged dunn and farrugia to do an aluminium picket fence for our federation home in rozelle. The final product is top notch! Our neighbours often tell us how great it looks and we often find ourselves admiring it in our front garden. The person who quoted us was professional, friendly and knowledgable. The installer was a top bloke who had a real eye for detail and perfection. He engaged me throughout the installation process which i really appreciated. My only issue was the amount of time i had to wait for the installation but i guess good things come to those that wait and the final product was well worth the wait!
