Knowledgeable staff and a huge selection of products. Better to go here than dodge all the people at Bunnings who haven't decided on what colour they want.
Bad customer service, I have to come three times at the shop for a simple order, three times. Three times for a tint of paint and at the end the order delivered wrong, What a waste of time!
Jim and his team are always helpful. The stores exterior looks abit dated though.
You guys need to train your stuff on calculating how many litres you need per room and square meter. I came in the other day and the lady had no clue and gave me the wrong calculations.
