Dulux Trade Centre Castle Hill

I called to ask for a suitable paint for cabinet and whether they have the colour that I want in their shop, the lady on the phone sounded unpleasant and impatient. This experience gave me anxiety.

Very friendly, helpful and professional service. The sales lady went above and beyond to ensure I got the correct type of paint.

Amazing customer service. Im a regular customer for dulux and by far Castle hill is the best store in NSW. Ben is always really helpfull and kind and so are all the staff. Keep up the good work.

Very disappointed they got a paint selection wrong and wouldn’t take it back. Not going to them again they get to miss out on a whole hotel of paint.

I’ve been searching for a store with a reasonable range of products I need for my DIY project. One that’s located in a short distance from where I live. Fortunately, I saw Dulux Trade Center. They have everything I needed. It made my trips to the store less of a hassle since it was only a few blocks away. Their sales staff were also friendly and accommodating, which made shopping a good enough experience.

We were halfway done repainting the exterior wall of our home when we realized that we were running out of paint. Good thing Dulux Trade Center was just a short drive away from our home. Got the rest of the paint we needed and the staff even helped us out in finding it. They were pretty cool.
