Dulux Trade Centre - Lidcombe

Lidcombe is by far the worst deluxe trade centre in NSW. I have used Punchbowl and Padstow centres and I don't remember experiencing what happened today. The staff looked like they got out on the wrong side of the bed or we were bothering them.
They all need to be retrained in their products they sell, how and when to order stock, people skills and especially in meet and greet.
They lied about not selling pavement paint in 10 litres and only comes in 4 litre tins.
Yet we drove 5 minutess around the corner to Lidcombe Bunnings and the experience was totally and so much different. We were greeted on arrival, unbelievable product knowledge, brands, stock was available and we ended up buying twenty litres instead of ten and he was right. Choose the accessories I needed to do the job, brushes and rollers to use. That experience at Lidcombe Bunnings was worth than 20 stars.
I have used Lidcombe store before and I don't know if I will be back. My mate also noted how slack they were.

The consultants are very experienced that they were able to help me find the colours that complimented my kitchen stone colour in a short period of time. Absolutely helpful, friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

I was sent to go in without much of a clue about what exactly I was getting, and much to my assistance, every employee with whom I interacted was very warm, friendly and helpful; all absolute gentlemen. I went in both yesterday and today; the customer service was outstanding from every single person. I highly recommend the place and would be very comfortable going there again.

Great service. Immediately asked what they could help me with, expert advice given in a friendly and prompt manner. Couldn't ask for more.

Hard to reach the store via mobile, seem understaff so service levels aren't like some of the other stores. Friendly staff however, always happy to help.

I dont usually post reviews early so i waited untill the job was done. Sam and his cousine went all out with customer support. They gave me all that I needed to know and completed a masterpiece.

Very rude staff even the manager is rude. I witnessed the worker there Noah attack a customer throwing punches at the customer all because the customer wanted to see the manager and then the girl worker stalked them outside while they where trying to leave
I will never go there again for the fear of getting attacked myself

So Rude and Racist aged male don’t want to give information to me 2 years ago went there spent over $3000 and almost intended to spend same today but just his bad attitude and misbehaved left shop with out buying anything if that person will there will never even go inside the door
