I have worked with D & A since I migrated with my family almost 5 years ago and they offer a good mix of professional advisory services and friendly personal ones. I have always been treated nicely, fairly and most importantly I feel I have received the best service my money can buy. I highly recommend them.

My experience stopped at the front desk. The first point of contact said they would email me a list of what to bring. I rang back several times to follow up, but this person never sent it.
As this person to me, cannot do something so simple, then it concerns me how the company carries itself. I'm sure there are some good accountants there, but this first point of call was a warning sign, and then i saw the 2 reviews also.
I have been using Dugan and Associates for 10+ years to do my personal tax and SMSF and I am very happy with their service and advice.
I wouldn't go to anyone else.

This firm is sensational and extremely professional. We have had several occasions when we have difficult situations with our business and they have been able to assist us with great advice. Recently there has been a death amongst the staff and as they are close group it has had a profound effect on them. So any recent negative comments could be attributed to this situation. I can not recommend them more highly.
