Ducats Earthmoving

Called the office to book in date to rent some machinery and the lady was pretty rude. She said she doesn’t have the calendar in front of her to look at dates. Seemed like they weren’t bothered about booking in good business, as it meant a little work of finding the calendar.

Emailed on Wednesday night for a quote, first thing Thursday had a reply, product delivered home by 11.00am that same day.

Rang and emailed RE getting a driveway done. Was told someone will be over within the week to measure and quote. Over a month later nothing. Sent f/u email, no response.

Well i dont like to put any one down or any business for that fact! But ducats in Armadale may sell good quality firewood, gravel and an assortment of goods, thay will not pay there suppliers my name is SEAN and i one of there main suppliers of firewood, and have bin patiently waiting for over a month since the invoices were submitted, and one contract ir states that they pay there suppliers once a week on a Wednesday as thay have in the past. But 9 phone calls of being polite and patiently listening to excuse after excuse from sam and vicky and the rest of the team in Armadale not guyra! Even tho i begged the importance of the money and told them that i was relying on that money to bye fodder for my starving cattle still lie after lie excuse after excuse so i went and asked for a redraw on my mortgage and got nocked back and as result i lost five cows and 7 weaners untill i could get approved for a loan. Not meaning to blame but when you put your time and resources into supplying a company firewood with the end result of bin able to feed yourlive and insted of payment you only get lies and excuses life starts to look Grimm. Anyway just wanted to right this review as a warning for ducat suppliers, make sure ducats pay you as you go. BECAUSE LIES AND EXCUSES won't feed starving cow's

Currently building a house and had Ducats Armidale come in to tidy up the yard/ spread some soil so when we move in it wasn't a construction site. The yard looks so much better then we ever expected it could, Sam organized everything, constantly made sure we were happy with what they were doing and worked in with our builder the whole time! Cant recommend the ducats team enough
