Would not recommend their property management service, I had a property leased to two people through this agency then found out the people that leased the property where not even living at the property but had leased for family members to use, then was passed around 4 different property managers (same agency) over the next 7-8 months whilst trying to have so called tenants removed from property.even finding furniture we had left at the property for the use of the tenant (garden furniture, BBQ, bird cages) being sold on buy swap sell pages. New agency giving property to manage (tenancy tribunal awarded in my favour $3500 worth of damages) to fix, repair or replace $200 recovered before tenants (family members) disappeared.
