Dubbo City Smash & Mechanical

I strongly do not recommend Dubbo City Smash Mechanical, this is especially to foreigners~
Since my car was hit, I contacted this store and they told me that they could arrange repairs immediately, but when my car insurance claim number came out, they said I had to wait a month before it could be repaired. During this period, I discovered that there was a problem with my air conditioner. Their customer service said that I might need to add gas. She needed to ask a car mechanic before she could tell me. I said yes~ During this period, I I have been waiting for their call. I contacted them today and they said they had repaired it and the price was $320.
I was very surprised. They said they can't take the car away without paying the money. I think they are very strong and overbearing.today is 27 September, I paid 330 air conditioner for them, but they still can't repair my car, and some wanna buy my car, but the repair time longer, so they give up to buy my car, the city smash shop send me the email, they said they can return the 330 dollars for me, but they don't pay me money ~
Start April I wanna repair the car by the shop, and waiting 1 months they have available to repair it~ and until today
