First experience here getting my eyebrows waxed by a lovely lady who took her time and we had a good chat. Was very happy with the end result and service. Second time round, went in and the lady at the front desk didn't even greet me. Asked for eyebrow, lip and chin waxing, went in and came out 3 mins later. Obviously she was in a rush to do another customer's hair who was waiting just before me. Absolutely and disappointed with everything and will never come back and waste $45 which was the most expensive price I've paid to have this done, please go elsewhere it's much cheaper!
Seriously, if you're in a rush just say no, better than having unhappy customers.

Would give zero star if I could. Very inpatient and lack of skills. Really a waste of money coming into this place.

Took today’s appointment for my 19 year old son, he is very particular &had long hairs, wanted to use good service from the stylist but the hair stylist, I am forgetting her name but it starts with “N” I think, was rude since we entered the shop, I left to run some errands & when came back to pick my son he was almost teary & holding himself, I was shocked to see the hair cut she did even after he showed the picture of the cut he had once, the hair cut is so terrible that I couldn’t believe my eyes that how come a professional cut hair like this, it look like that she just used the axe to snap the hair from behind, uneven, a child can cut better hair than this, when I called & asked about the hair cut she was very disrespectful & hung the phone without listening the whole thing, she really have an attitude problem, won’t be using their services again

Just had a hair cut for my daughter. Called this morning at 9am, Wasn’t getting appointment at other place so called this place and they were available at 9.30am. No doubt this place doesn’t have good review. You go to some places and you get feeling that you shouldn’t have come to this place and you just don’t feel good……. That’s what I felt here. Didn’t feel welcomed at all and the lady who did my daughter hair cut wasn’t professional. There were so much hair left arround my daughters neck line and on her T-shirt after hair cut and she didn’t bother to clean them at all. When I request to clean it a bit, she took her dryer and used it for 2 second and goes like just put this in dryer they will come out quickly. I had to come home straight away to give my daughter shower as couldn’t go to other shop like that. I didn’t wanna fight so just left. Will never go back. If I didn’t say anything, doesn’t mean I don’t understand that you are not honest with your job. Seriously do your job properly.

No one from the salon ever replied on my comment showing my dissatisfaction with keratin treatment. It was an utter waste of money! And speaks volumes about how much they care about their customers.

I used a home colour and the results were terrible. The salon got me in the next day Melissa was amazing she sorted out the horrible mess I had made and sent me home very happy

Before when I came the service had been really good however today it was terrible. They hadn’t blow dryed or washed our hair properly and was really expensive then usual. They did it in a rush and didn’t care about what they did to our hair. Most times when I came before there had been a really nice girl who did our hair beautifully but today wasn’t the best.

I thought it was just me who went through this with their Keratin but when I saw another review I think it’s high time they consider the Kartin method again as within three weeks everything looked same as before with my hair frizzy and didn’t look healthy. Solon had a look at it but said it’s normal. Trust me I was doubting my self too but it wasn’t the first time I did a keratin. Besides that their hair cuts were great I loved the feeling in the hair once a cutting and blow drying even though it was expensive. Now the pricing has gone down due to Covid but the quality is very cheap and haven’t had a good hair cut in my past two visits too.

To get rid of frizz, I got a keratin treatment on my hair and as directed, kept them unwashed for 4 days. Post I washed my hair from the shampoo given by them, I am facing excessive and sudden dry and flaky scalp and even the frizz is not controlled. Not too sure what went wrong. I have got at least 10 keratin treatments so far; never faced this kind of result. Highly disappointed! The hair dresser was really sweet but if the end result is not as desired/promised from them, what do I do?

I just want to say a big thank you to Amanda and Angie for fixing my hair today. I had gotten really bad highlights done at another hair salon yesterday and Ang was able to book me without hesitation to get it fixed today. Amanda did an incredible today at making it look soooooo much better! Thank you again and will definitely be back ️

This is my favourite place to get my hair done. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I have been going here since 2013 and even though I live an hour away come back every month. Amanda is my hairstylist and I love her work!

Was told to wait for 30minutes for hair colour waited 1hr still no staff to wash it off other staff was busy washing each another hair

They were very welcoming and knew what they were doing I can trust them to do my hair anytime and it was very affordable

Worst and last time I will go to this hair dresser.
I walked in with hair almost at my bottom, asked for a trim with a maximum of 2inchs showed her wear to cut and walked out with hair up to my shoulders and layers that were NOT blended at all big chucks everywhere and the length was uneven on my shoulders. If I wasn’t so shocked and upset about what just happened I would of gone off and caused a scene. My hair was my identity, I hid behind it now it’s gone. Extremely bad hairdressers! Wouldn’t go here if I was paid too!

I had a very good experience today. Special thanks to Brea I'm so happy with my hair cut. Definitely I recommend them.
