Dry Clean & Thread

Staff are very rude and unpleasant - clothes were not ready for pickup when told to come collect - paid on initial pickup date and when came back to pick up tried to get me to pay again…

This shop is quite disappointing. The staff barely pays attention to your clothes, and they're more engrossed in their phones than assisting customers or answering questions. Despite calling ahead to inquire about specific services, they simply insisted that I visit in person without fully comprehending my query, not allowing me to complete my sentence. I fail to understand how this place has earned a high rating; it's undoubtedly a subpar experience. It's a waste of both money and time.

I was really happy with the service i got from here. I got my work clothes dry cleaned and they did an amazing job removing minor stains.

Great service and will definitely go here again.

Cindy was absolutely fantastic. Came in for an alteration and it turned out perfect! Would definitely recommend.

I picked up a dress from there today that I had tailored. I knew what I was asking was a bit tricky but she did an absolutely beautiful job, and was done even quicker than I needed. I will go back for sure whenever I need something tailored.

Since moving into Glebe, I've been dropping off my clothes here each week and have been pleasantly surprised each time with how prompt and professional the team are. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the local area

Completely ruined my white dress. Came in for a regular dry clean that was quoted $60. Received my dry-cleaned dress and saw that there was a huge red stain on top which was highly visible. They said that they would do another wash, no apology. Came back again to pick it up a second time, and was told that they couldn't get the stain they created out, and refunded my money. Now, I have a completely ruined white dress thanks to this place. No compensation, whatsoever. Do not trust.

Had a silk dress cleaned here to perfection. A suede skirt which didn’t turn out so good as it much trickier to clean but were very understanding resolved issue quickly and I didn’t have to pay for this item.

Was visiting Sydney for a special occasion and forgot to make sure my event dress was in wearable condition. The worker made sure my dress was dry cleaned to perfection (done on site with all their own machinery instead of outsourcing it like lots of places seem to) and I looked fantastic.

Cindy did a fantastic job on my mothers handmade tapestry went to many other drycleaners who wouldnt touch it.

Had my wool blanket cleaned here. I've got allergies and needed a special wool detergent. Turned out they were already using the one I had brought. The item was cleaned in two hours and I was promptly called to pick it up. I'm very happy with the quality of clean and no harsh smells.

My past experiences with dry cleaners have been hit and miss, but this place is always consistent and has become my go to dry cleaners. Every item of clothing that I get dry cleaned here always comes back looking clean and smelling fresh. They have also recoloured a white dress I ruined in the past, and they've completely restored it, which really surprised me! They've also altered the length of my pants which looks alright. They seem a bit pricier than the rest, but you get what you pay for.

Good alteration services here. I always need my pants adjusted because I'm short. This shop is my go to.:)

Amazing job! I gave them a white/black dinner jacket with serious food stains and for only $15 they made it look new again. I will definitely be going back.

Amazing owners that always take care of me and my girlfriends clothes, sheets or whatever we take in on that day. They are always friendly and kind, adding a happy vibe to the place.

I've used this shop a couple of times now for some of my more expensive or delicate clothes, and the experience has been positive every time. The service really is supreme.

Iv only recently starting coming here but everytime I come in I’m always treated like a regular. So handy with the stocklands literally less than a minute walk so I can use the carpark and still go to Coles on my way through. Oil stains and construction dust doesn’t seem to be any trouble. Highly recommended

Amazing local gem in the area. Recently gave them a go after a recommendation and they are now my weekly dry cleaners. I never review anything but they definitely deserve a shout out.
