I was so well looked after at this surgery. Dr. Li explained my options after discovering a cancerous tumour on my ear and was kind, clear and thorough. I barely felt any pain at all. I'm so grateful I found this clinic.
For his willingness to learn how to do something I would never in a million years want to do.
I appreciate his training, expertise, and ability to do such literally life-saving work in the world. He did such a great job!

Excellent service, very professional and caring doctor! I had a BCC on my nose and I saw a Mohs Surgeon. I was told it would cost 6k to have it removed. I then saw Dr Li and he recommended margin controlled surgery and I went ahead with it. I am very happy the result and the scar on my nose is now almost invisible. It only costed me half of the original price and I got most of them back from Medicare anyway. If you have any kinds of skin cancer this is the place to go! Highly recommended!

Dr Li is quite clinical but he did a fantastic job & addressed any concerns I had in my consultation and during my procedure.
The male receptionist, whose name I can't remember sorry, was very social & calming. He was a great help at my consultation, my procedure and my follow up.

I visited this centre with my NESB mum to check a mole on my mum side of nose. The dr was quick to suggest biopsy which cost $150. The result came back as a SCC and suggested it was quite serious and needed to come out costing thousands of dollars to remove it. My gut feeling was to get a second opinion. Saw the skin clinic in concord hospital. Suggested to used evista cream and not to remove. The specialist at the hospital was horrified what this dr suggested removing lesion (close to eye area and high risk of scaring) and suggested to complain to aphra.be weary and do your research

Was told I have a spot of skin cancer and it should be cut out immediately, when asking questions the doctor was very short, rushed and providing a lack of information. Seemed to only want $400 to cut it out.

Having a bad feeling about said doctor & practice, I went to get a second and third opinion and two other doctors said there is absolutely no chance of it being skin cancer.

Would definitely not recommend this practice!

The doctor there did a biopsy straight away and the result came back to be a kind of cancer. Subsequently I had definitive surgery and it was fixed completely. I am glad that I went to this clinic.

I will never come back to this clinic again ，The doctor here just cares more about money than the patients with health concerns. And the Dr Li showed highly unprofessional manners, he should be reported to AHPRAH as soon as possible.

Very satisfied, I had a nasty skin cancer removed from my face by Dr Li. I am very happy with the result and the scar you can not even see it. Although I paid a fee for the service it is absolutely worthy.

I had seen a few skin cancer doctors in the past for my sun damaged skin. I am most impressed with Dr Li in this clinic. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions. He set up a monitoring program for me, which I am very happy with. I feel I am now in a safe hand. Highly recommended!

While procedure itself was conducted properly, Dr Li’s bedside manner and personability was lacking. Not forthcoming with information unless explicitly requested. Led to post-surgery concerns and worries that could have been remedied by simple information exchanges and detailed consult outlining all steps of procedure.

Very impressed with my result, highly recommended, I had a large skin cancer on my face for months and I was so anxious. I saw the principal doctor there and he gave me a very comprehensive skin cancer check and did a biopsy straight away. After the diagnosis was confirmed he went through a detail treatment plan with me and gave me all options of treatment. I was so glad the he performed a fantastic surgery on my face and extremely happy with the result.
