I sold my house through Drummond Real Estate via a separation. Ash Humbert became someone I could trust due to my circumstances. He always called & explained things to me patiently as I have Early Onset Dementia. Within 14 days my house was sold. I didn’t get the asking price but I did get the market value for it & I know Ash tried really hard. It wasn’t a perfect transaction but it was close & he even went out of his way to make sure I landed safely in a rental, making appropriate phone calls on my behalf as I haven’t rented in a long time. In my opinion Ash is honest & upfront, two attributes you need when selling or buying your home. He also made me feel very house proud & provided a written & verbal reference also!
