Drop Dead Pest Control

Used them regularly for over 10 years now, nice people but everytime we do a spray, most the time it doesnt last the 6 month period they mention. I dont live in a very bushy part of 2234 either. Sometimes when I call them back for a check/re-spray, there seems to be a sense of attitude and on one occasion, it was mentioned that they seem to come back here quite often again. If this is the case, they should not offer a 6 month warranty. Its not like I deliberately plant pests around the place.

We have used Drop Dead for many years now and am slightly disappointed with their trajectory of late. I will still likely use them in future for our annual service but last time we had Alex and I found him a bit dismissive and not listening to concerns. It was like the job was a chore for him and when talking to him on certain pest issues he acted like it doesn't exist and couldn't see it (even though it was very visible). We also did a full termite inspection report and for the large amount you pay, it was very quick and the report we got was a bit wishy washy. It made out to be a multiple page report tailored to you but 95% of it is just a pdf file they reuse again. When asked if we had any issues, they just said no with no further elaboration or photos of the roof cavity etc.

Colin and his team were extremely thorough and professional. They did an extensive check of our premises and installed a termite baiting system at a very reasonable price. I am very happy to thoroughly recommend them and will certainly use them again in the future if the need arises.

I've been used their general pest control plus ant treatment for 6years, the services are impressively good. We see no more spiders, ants and silver fishs at the house.

Dean always arrived on time, good communication, detailed explanation to my question s, and keen eyes to spot the problems. He is so responsive and did a good spray around the house, and also some pest proofing work.

I had a pest inspection and application done. Alex is just amazing! So friendly and he explains everything, he has yours and your homes best interests at heart. His passion for his trade and enthusiasm makes the annual pest inspection seem so much nicer! Great service for a decent price. Seems to be very effective, I haven't seen an ant, spider or cockroach since. Everyone was friendly and explained everything well.

I had Colin come out to do the inspections he was friendly & professional at all times. Nothing was a problem & the end reporting was in-depth. The weather wasn’t looking too favourable so it was offered that he could come back to respray outside if needed.
