He built this property years ago.
Other property he built was structurally unsafe. As the builder Yongliang Qu was unable to repair the structural defects. He has been sued and lost in NCAT (file no. HB20/05649). Therefore, He is now unable to take any contract which requires home warranty insurance, which means he is not allowed to take any constructing activity which worth more than 20,000. (please check his license history from government website or check the attached photo below)
