Been training here a few years now and the head instructor Scott is constantly working to make the school better and help all of the students improve. I loved it when I started and it's only gotten better, highly recommend that anyone comes down and gives it a go!

I first came across this place and thought it would be great for the kids to pick up some self defense, I think that was about four years ago now, and they started, but within the year I had decided that the level of professionalism and dedication that Scott Smith bought to the table was something I needed for myself!
I had been caught up in a messy divorce, my Ex wife of 15 years had within the year moved in with a new partner and as he was a lot bigger than me, I suddenly had to deal with this guy starting to be aggressive and intimidating towards me, It became important to be able to stand my ground for the sake of my kids and to be able to protect my small family, i wasn't looking for trouble, but here it was in front of me.

Thank you so much Scott Smith! At the time we started I had some very confronting issues, Now lets fast forward to today, and without a single act of aggression I have totally mastered the situation, along with the rest of my life. Im proud that as one of your senior students no one stands over me, you've given me the weaponry to more than stand my ground, should i ever need to, yes the ex and her boyfriend is still around, but he now tends to quietly hide when I'm around these days, lol!
I couldn't recommend Scott Smith highly enough, what he teaches, he calls self defense, but i call it ability, confidence and tolerance.
