I’m very grateful for all your help Sue, from your patience, quick actions, opinions and recommendations. I couldn’t be all the more thankful for your service.

I had made an order for Wind up Stand several months ago and out of visible options at the end of the road or so I thought with 3-4 months in waiting. All in a single day and may I add within 30mins of email exchanges I had a Wind Up stand posted out for delivery from Melbourne to Perth, with tracking details live the next day. Yes, that was all thanks to Sue. For me, I think that is deserving of nothing less than 5 stars.

NiSi 77mm PRO Nano HUC UV Filter - The best price I could find on the internet and delivery was within a week. Thanks. P. S. I was going to purchase another one but now the free delivery is gone and Ebay is cheaper. $25 postage for a small filter is a bit steep.

Brad and Sue spent hours helping me with my camera and that kind of service doesn't go unnoticed.

Wanted a rode nt-1 kit with the metal pop filter, found it posted on their site and ordered it. Received a different kit with the nylon filter (not the one pictured on their site). They told me they would accept a refund, but not for the shipping to me, or the return shipping (putting me out $50, $25 each way).

When I complained, they told me they would "get back to me with a solution soon". I have not received an email back in 16 days.

Shop elsewhere if possible

Excellent service and Integrity, were very honest about the product I made an inquiry about was out of stock and no accurate lead time could be given another item that was in stock was suggested and I ordered that, The product weighing 5kg was delivered next day in under 24 hours. I have no hesitation in recommending this company
