Was very helpful and very kind. She gave me great information, more than I had received from others and even when there wasn't any ideal solutions available, I felt she was very knowledgable and committed in managing this and updating me on any possibilities in the future, which I did not get for all the other specialists I had seen previously. I will continue to see Dr Ting from now on.
