I had nose surgery to correct a deviated septum and a turbine reduction for postnasal drip performed by Dr Pincock. I was not sleeping due to a consistent cough. The surgery went really well and the recovery was text book. I am now feeling fantastic and sleeping sooooo well. Dr Pincock knows how to make you feel comfortable and he is very relatable. Dr Pincock and his team are relaxed, professional and approachable. I had surgery to open blockages in my nasal airway and esophagus to help eliminate my OSA. Dr Pincock took a less is more approach and only surgically treated the necessary areas to achieve the optimal outcome. He had time to explain what the procedure was, what was involved and the potential success of the outcome. He was forward and honest regarding expectations after surgery. I would recommend Dr Pincock to anyone else in my position requiring the same or similar treatment.

Disappointed and left in the same position after rhino/septi and in debt with effects of low self esteem.
In my opinion only, Find someone more reputable.

Originally saw Tobias for the above and seems great - when I finally booked this, they then called me a few days before surgery to advise of a price increase on my quote which added almost another 5k to my bill but will be fine as the codes they use will be covered by my health fund and Medicare (I was tired of not being able to function and agreed as he seemed genuine. This also was not true and I was left in debt).

Surgery went well for the most part but no real change.my nose is still not straight, it is not as pictured in his 3d scans, there is a red tip on my nose like a rod always, my bridge is wider than before and I have a permanent where the incision is.

Post op I waited for Tobias dor one and hour hours while I watched him chain smoke outside. He then came in and smelled so bad from this.
I told Tobias I was very unhappy with the results and he advised I needed to wait two years for the swelling to diminish and the real results would show and he could laser the incision, but if I’m still not happy I’ll need to pay to have it revised…

Neither ever happened and I can’t afford another surgery. It took all my savings and a personal loan

For two years I have tried to rebook to follow up on my results being false to what was present and even have the simple Incision lazered. Each time I have been presented with a different excuse, from him being on holidays, having covid, lockdown (not even a phone consult was offered as he didn’t work during lockdown).

I finally got through and made an appointment, to get there and find it was a random GP and not Tobias, that said he couldn’t do anything and I’d be getting a call for an appointment from Tobias, as I pointed out I had recent scans which show all internals the exact same as prior the surgery. This never happened and I have since rang three times again and no appointments were offered as they were fully booked or he had planned holidays.

At this stage I have given up as I don’t have the money to fight and have been left in extreme disappointment and out of pocket thousands.

All I was asking for was my rhino/septi to be revised to what was discussed and agreed or even the Incision scar removed.

This is my personal experience with Tobias and only here to ensure people make informed decisions.

Dr Pincock is very professional yet down to earth, humble, and can build a great rapport with patients. I have had nothing but 5 star treatment from Dr Pincock and his whole team. My surgery literally changed my life. I have nothing but respect for his abilities as a surgeon and as a human being that can relate to virtually anyone. Thank you so much.

Dr Pincock and all his beautiful nurses and staff are simply amazing. They have looked after my daughter from day one and we all felt extremely confident and positive from the first visit. She is 1 week post op and is doing awesome. Could not recommend you all enough

I was very impressed. Ros the RN made me feel comfortable and cared for. Very Professional, Caring and explained so much to me regarding my ailment. Ros has a special way of making you feel relaxed along with a good sense of humour which is a medicine of its own.
Dr Polcock is wonderful and very thorough. He too has a comforting way about him and easy to understand. I definatly recommend Dr Polcock.

Being a perfectionist is a quality I look for in a cosmetic surgeon and certainly something Dr Pincock possesses.
Beside his skill as a surgeon he is also friendly and will acknowledge you whether it’s in the waiting room or the post op recovery area.
I have also found his team professional and a pleasure to deal with.
If I required more cosmetic surgery would I choose Dr Pincock? ……. Definately!

It's shameful that malpracticing businesses like this are still running. Dr Pincock took over $3,000 for a tonsillectomy that he never performed and refuses to return it. I had to get another ENT to do the surgery.

He took my money and despite numerous attempts to contact him simply to get my money back for an operation HE DID NOT DO, they will not reply to emails or phone calls.

Be aware of their shady ways and DO NOT pay them until post surgery. These guys are absolute scum!

We are very happy with Dr. Pincock and his team. We were able to make an informed decision getting our daughters tonsils and adenoids removed. Dr. Clarence Lim and Nurse Ros are also very informative and we were able to care for her at home with no fuss. Our overall experience is very positive. I agree with others here as my experience with my family going here was not good. Pretty much he is a good sales man. Rushed and very unprofessional and unorganised.

I'm a patient of Dr Tobias Pincock (Using a alias name), My experience with him has been VERY challenging, the surgery he performed was not up to the standards I thought it would. All these " Good reviews" after one bad review put's into question as to how legit the review is.

I can’t say enough good things about this practice. From Dr Pincock to his staff I have never had such an easy experience. We travelled 6 hours to see them and they accommodated us and the fact your able to call a nurse with any concerns after the operation was another bonus. We did our research and it lead us here.

Where do I start. Dr pincock is an amazing ent he genuinely cares for his patients and goes to extreme measures to help his patients out. My consultations with Dr pincock and his nurses were informative and helpful his team are highly professional and trained well as well as very informative. Helen is such a lovely lady who has been supportive through out this process for both my daughter and I. And nurse ros is such a delight to deal with so funny and laid back and helped me forget about my anxiety.

I highly recommend dr pincock and his team they are an amazing company with great morals and values and are sincere and are truly after your well being.

I had grommets placed 9th May 2019 after my ear drum perforated from a nastly ear infection. This allowed me travel overseas for a conference 2 days later without any complications. I was given enough information prior to the procedure so there were no surprises and I was comfortable going in. Post-op I had a follow up call to check how I was going. I can't recommend Dr Pincock and his staff highly enough

Cannot fault Dr Pincock and his nurse Ros! I had my tonsillectomy in April, my recovery was going perfectly until day 4. When I experienced complications, Ros was in contact with me straight away. I ended up back in hospital and I had both Dr Pincock and Ros in contact with me over the phone the whole time. Dr Pincock also uses a new tool/technology for the surgery which means recovery time was a lot quicker! Their professionalism, support and service has been amazing. Highly recommend Dr Pincock and his team!

I had a tonsillectomy with Dr Pincock on the 02/05/19 and was back at work by the 09/05/19. I am very pleased with the information provided before the surgery, quick recovery time, post surgery follow up, friendliness and professionalism of Dr Pincock and all staff involved from start to finish. Great job and thank you! Highly recommended.

BEWARE. Even if he sees you for just 15 seconds, the charge is $300. No negotiation. We were not impressed. Complete waste of money in our case.
