As a long time sufferer of neck and back pain, total sceptic of anyone that said they could give me any relief or fix my pain and at the point where everyone for 15 years has been saying surgery is the only option left, due to the severity. I met Dr Steve!

From having multiple events during the years where my back would seize up, to the point of complete paralysis and being stuck on the floor for hours and not being able to even move a finger to reach my phone, until my muscles let go. My entire right arm would numb for days, with what felt like a knife in my shoulder because my disk were bulging so much they where pinching my spinal cord creating numbness. I haven’t been able to turn my head to the right or tilt it back for years.

Dr Steve went through a similar process that every other Dr I had seen over the years went through. Get a scan, talk me through this issues. I thought here we go again, I know all this, heard it all before. At this point I was desperate and was beyond frustrated as it was effecting my life in every aspect.

I started a 12 month programme with Dr Steve with total trust I could get at least some relief from my current state. Which I did and was in total shock of my range of movement so quickly.

I am a couple of month into my 3 day a week treatment and can honestly say I haven’t felt this good in body and mind in years. For someone that trains everyday, swim, ride, gym, yoga etc.to be able to do all these things and enjoy them instead of struggling in pain, worrying if one wrong move would have me on the floor in a ball, is just amazing and I’m very thankful.

I wouldn’t typical write a review for anything good or bad. However, I’m sure there are people that have similar symptoms and have had similar experiences with Doctors along the way, so I thought I would share this in the hope you will reach out to Dr Steve to hopefully have similar results to me.

Both of them very attentive and thorough in their approach. You can tell you are working with professionals. Dr. Steve has been excellent. I hurt my back a few years ago and spent the last couple of years doing physio. It really helped a lot, but I felt like I wasn’t fully healthy yet. Made an appointment online. Filled out the new patient form AND paid upfront. Got a confirmation from the team. Went to the clinic 10 minutes before the appointment and the place is closed. Called and it goes straight to voicemail. Kept calling for the next 20 minutes and no answer. Emailed them as well.

How can you get people who are in pain to come to your clinic only to stand there for such a long time only to give up and go home?

Please refund my money! What a joke! I definitely will not be returning!

I WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS

This man is a modern-day scammer. I walked into his office after a suggestion from my Surgeon. I know for a fact that I have scoliosis due to my back and shoulder pain and all I needed was something in writing. This man diagnosed me with all types of things and talked me into getting “adjustments” at $110 each (Google says $85 but he changes prices in person). I had to get ultrasounds, the adjustments, an overpriced tool from his office and of course, his “complimentary” book. I then asked for a report and I got a word document with 1 sentence. Yes, a FULL report with 1 sentence- 7 WORDS.

He then called me & after I complained, he told me I was a liar and that he never promised to write me a full report. He is so rude over the phone- I couldn’t believe it was the same sweet talking Dr Steven.

He’s insane. Trust me on this one. Don’t do it- especially if you’re female.

Dr Steve is awesome! He listens and understands what needs to be done in order to make your adjustments easier. Walked out feeling great!
