Dr Shaun Quigley - Northern Beaches Interventional Radiology Frenchs Forest

I went to Northern Beaches Radiology for a MRI of a troublesome finger, damaged due to trauma. I was a little anxious in the lead up to the procedure and was worried about how I would remain perfectly still for 20-25 mins for the MRI of my hand. My Radiographer, Ricky was friendly, patient and immediately put me at ease. He was gentle, explained the procedure and what I could expect throughly in advance and did his utmost to ensure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire procedure. He was professional and knowledgeable, answering all my questions before and after the MRI. By the time the MRI ended, I told Ricky that if I’d been on the table 5 minutes longer, he would have been waking me up, as I was so calm and relaxed throughout the scan! The music and radio through the headphones were a wonderful distraction:) I can’t speak any more highly of this practice if you require a scan. Staff were friendly, efficient (running right on time, with no waiting) and professional. Thanks Ricky and team!
