I could not be happier with the service and results with Dr Kernohan. I had a Breast Mastopexy after major weight loss and the results exceeded all my expectations. Dr Kernohan was a wealth of advice and even went to the extent of talking me out of hastily making a decision that in the end saved me thousands. The before and aftercare provided by him and all his staff was outstanding. I cannot recommend Dr Kernohan highly enough.

Whilst travelling through Sydney (Grey Nomad) I found that I needed urgent follow up treatment for a procedure done in Brisbane. I was lucky enough to be referred to Dr Kernohan.
He made the effort to tack me on to the end of his daily consultations which I greatly appreciated.
I found Dr Kernohan to be truly caring, empathetic and professional.
He was able to arrange an urgent scan and subsequent surgery both with a positive outcome.
Overall it is a 10/10 for Dr Kernohan and his team - both administration and surgical.

After years of pain and feeling embarrassed about my body due to the size of my breasts, Dr Kernohan has given me a new lease on life. I walked in to the first consultation so afraid he would tell me what everyone else did; that I was too young, but that was not the case. I felt so seen by him, he was the first person to really take me seriously. Not only is he very professional and knowledgeable, his compassion towards my situation was incredibly validating and made the whole experience so pleasant. All the staff at Dr Kernohan’s office are so helpful and kind. I am forever grateful to Dr Kernohan, his support was consistent from the first consultation to well after the surgery was complete. I had a skin cancer removed from my face by Dr Kernohan.it has only been a few weeks since the operation & it is looking amazing! I also had another skin cancer taken from my nose 2 yrs ago & he did a fantastic job also. It was a pleasurable experience knowing Dr Kernohan & his lovely staff!

After the initial consultation and agreeing on a surgery date, I was wonderfully surprised to be led and advised by his conscientious and helpful staff. These folk are the "ultimate professionals ". Doctor Michael Kernohan, a quietly spoken, humble surgeon soon proved he is a giant among men.
What I thought was a small and insignificant sore was indeed a cancer and was advancing slowly along my left nostril. Together with his knowledge and a very steady hand, it is now gone.
The facial scaring, after only sixteen days is 90% invisible. I am so grateful for this outcome. This is my way of saying "THANK YOU" to Michael and his team. At 74 years old I was treated with dignity and respect at all times. I strongly recommend this fine surgeon to you. To Michael, Emily and the team, thanks again.

Great to be in the hands of a surgeon who cares. I had some lesions on my head and ear and after 2 weeks, you wouldn't know unless I showed you. The office staff was quick to respond to my needs and just the atmosphere within the surgery was warm, thanks Dr Kernohan and his staff.

I recently had surgery for a skin cancer on my nose. Dr Kernohan did a wonderful job & I am very happy with the results. Dr Kernohan explained everything clearly & answered every concern I had. I found him to be a very kind, caring specialist. Both the girls on reception were very friendly & helpful. Overall I had a very positive experience & I would highly recommend Dr Kernohan & his staff.

The well known surgeon I chose 15 years ago told me he'd use a reputable brand of implant for my breast augmentation surgery. He did not. Thankfully I was referred by a trusted friend to Dr Kernohan for reconstructive surgery when both implants ruptured, with one almost completely empty and the liquid content 'floating' inside my breast tissue. A potential horror story if I hadn't taken action when I did.

Whilst the recovery from reconstruction was tough the first few weeks, I have felt every step of the way that I've been in the most capable of hands. Only 3 months later, I am incredibly happy with the result and cannot sing Dr Kernohan's praises enough (They look even better than the original surgery).
