Dr Justin Tucker

From the moment we met Dr Tucker there was a sense of calm. He gave us an understanding as to how our journey might unfold and from there we felt somewhat in control and optimistic about the next chapter! The thing I love most about Justin is his way of communicating. He gave us enough education and guidance to feel positive about the decisions we were making without feeling overwhelmed. I truly feel this has played a huge part in being in the right headspace for our IVF journey! His team of nurses were a constant support through the millions of questions I had and were always available! We can't thank Dr Tucker enough for our experience and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a brilliant Obstetrician and Fertility specialist!

My partner and I both felt truly privileged to have Justin Tucker as our doctor - initially as our fertility specialist, and then, happily, as our obstetrician.

As we went through IVF, we were extremely impressed by and grateful for Dr Tucker’s exceptional skill and expertise, which he used to tailor treatment plans and options that were very specific to our situation, and meant that against the odds, we conceived.

Throughout, we were so, so appreciative of the choice-centred approach that Dr Tucker takes, and felt truly empowered and supported by him to make decisions during fertility treatment, pregnancy, and for birth that were thoroughly informed by his knowledge, and best suited to our situation, and what I felt most comfortable with.

I felt truly respected at all stages of our journey, and was conscious that Justin and his team consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were cared for around the clock and our experience was as wonderful as possible - and it was! We are so grateful to them all for their warmth, kindness, and care. Additionally, we were so grateful throughout for consistent transparency, including on costs and price points - which were exceptionally reasonable - and meant we were never taken by surprise.

Everyone that Dr Tucker referred me to during my pregnancy (for things like chronic pregnancy migraines) was exceptional, just like those he works with to provide fertility treatment.

My partner and I both highly, highly recommend Justin as a fertility specialist and/or obstetrician to anyone - and everyone! - seeking support conceiving or through pregnancy and delivery. With a now 7-week old bubba, we continue to congratulate ourselves several times a week on having found such an excellent doctor.

(Side note: By the time we were referred to Justin Tucker, I was battered and bruised from experiences with multiple GPs and a previous fertility specialist who were judgmental of me for having left having a baby to my late 30s, and who made me feel that engaging with the medical system for the time it took to have a baby would be awful. We feel that Dr Justin Tucker and his team are a rare and precious gem in a system that can be very difficult for women).

We just had our second child in Justin’s care and again, we can’t thank he and his team enough. Justin is the perfect mix of being friendly and kind but also extremely knowledgeable and capable. A combination of regular face to face appointments, follow up calls and emails kept us informed and supported throughout the pregnancy. Our birth (elective c section) was really calm and joyous, we had our own music playing and Justin took into consideration all our birth preferences. Midwife Polly was such a wonderful resource to have access to during pregnancy, but particularly in the days post birth when I had questions around feeding and recovery, she is very calm, reassuring and easy to talk to and has a solution for everything! Vivi, the practice manager is quite possibly one of the most efficient and friendly people you’ll ever meet and it’s so nice to see her smiling face at every appointment. We seriously cannot thank or recommend Justin & his team highly enough for bringing our two children safely into the world.

We cannot recommend Justin highly enough. Justin is incredibly kind, capable and trustworthy. Being our first pregnancy I was quite anxious in the early days, but I felt safe and reassured in Justin’s care. Throughout the pregnancy and birth he gave us plenty of advice and options, but ultimately let us make the decisions about what we wanted to do, he never pressured us one way or another. Our birth was long, but actually a very lovely experience with Justin there to guide us every step of the way, and his follow up care was second to none. We will genuinely miss not seeing him and his friendly team every week. We would recommend Justin without hesitation and hope to be a patient of his again one day soon!

I was lucky enough to find out about Dr Tucker from a friend who could not speak with any more joy after switching to him for her IVF journey (and success.)

My own experience matched, and more.

It's important to point out that my admiration and recommendation is not just due to great results and success rates, which he has in abundance.

I am certain that I received the very best care and advice from a highly skilled Doctor who was as committed and invested as I was.
I was supported and listened to at every step of the process when freezing my eggs and had excellent communication throughout; from Dr Tucker himself (or Justin as he will always refer to himself) as well as his team.

Equally important to mention - he's also a bloody lovely man!

Blind faith in medical professionals can be a challenging concept, especially when investing in something as important, and emotional as fertility. With Dr Tucker, I was never in the dark and my steadfast faith was proved entirely appropriate.

I will only work with Dr Tucker when I embark on using my eggs in a couple of years and feel forever grateful to have come across him.

Hands down the best care we’ve ever received. Dr Tucker and his practice are a class act. Thorough, professional, communicative, helpful, kind, excellent bedside manner and most importantly - world class medical care.

Dr Justin Tucker is the absolute best and I cannot thank him and his wonderful team enough for their care and support.

Justin was my fertility specialist when I went through an egg freezing procedure several years ago. Justin made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I was kept well informed every step of the way and was incredibly pleased with the end result.

I fell pregnant naturally last year and there was no question that I wanted Justin as my obstetrician. The service Justin and his team provided throughout my pregnancy and afterwards was beyond exceptional.

Justin is incredibly warm, calming and empathetic and adopts a practical approach suited to your needs. I always felt so assured and safe in his care. At times when I felt anxious I was able to pop into Justin’s rooms for a bedside scan for reassurance.

Justin delivered my beautiful boy a few months ago via C section. I had the most wonderful experience with zero complications. Also, the scar is so low and neat - in fact all hospital staff commented on Justin’s great C section work.

I could not imagine going through my pregnancy journey without the assistance of the amazing midwife, Polly. Polly is so kind and knowledgeable and was there to answer all of my questions along the way. As a lactation consultant she particularly helped me with breastfeeding and monitoring my son’s development in the early stages.

Knowing Polly was just an email or phone call away provided me with so much comfort as a first time mum.

Vivi the practice manager is also such a delight and is the cherry on top of this whole experience.

I cannot rave more about Dr Tucker and his team. I genuinely miss them all and can’t wait to see them all again when it’s time for baby number two.

My experience as Justin's patient - from egg retrieval right through to embryo transfer, pregnancy and delivery (at age 44) - has been exceptional. He’s expertly skilled, empathetic, a great communicator with joyful flair and style in all that he does, and put me immediately at ease with his kindness and unflinching honesty.

I always felt safe and in good hands throughout the six year journey with his hyper-talented team. Polly is a deep well of knowledge and Vivi is a total sunbeam.

I know how tenuous, emotional and challenging this process can be, and how lucky I’ve been to have a successful pregnancy. If you are going to do this, do it with the best in the business (even the staff at the hospital commented how exceptional Justin and his team are) and with confidence that they are taking the very best care of you. Beyond their professionalism they really do care - you can feel it, and it makes the world of difference.

As a queer couple, we were apprehensive about beginning our fertility and pregnancy journey. We still came up against health professionals who made assumptions about us, or whose clinics would not meet our needs. When we met Justin we instantly felt listened to and cared for. He was an exceptional fertility specialist and supported us practically and emotionally on our journey to pregnancy. Once we were pregnant we decided to stay on with Justin as our obstetrician and his midwife Polly. Together they advocated for us and looked after us every step of the way. Their support was amazing and our birth experience was magic because of that. A big shout out to practice manager Vivi as well for always being a warm, friendly face to welcome us when we came in for appointments. Can’t wait to go back for round two!

I went to Dr Tucker seeing the wonderful reviews that were posted about his treatment. We saw Justin in October 2022. We saw him only for the first 2 consultations. He was not involved in any of the process like egg collection or embryo transfer as he was not available. He did apologise for the same but when you see him as a private patient you would expect him to be there for you. Anyways the IVF ended up in chemical pregnancy. Very disappointed with the service.

Justin has enlisted such a brilliant team of professionals that whichever way your journey to parenthood is, it comes with such a human approach and backed by knowledge and expertise.
It is the ultimate fertility to delivery experience. Justin championed our IVF journey with passion and commitment by helping us with his intensive knowledge which kept us calm and our eye on the prize. Once our IVF dream became a reality the care continued and included the support from Polly the most wonderful midwife you will ever meet & Vivi who is a beautiful and kind practice manager and always knows the answer or where to direct you to get the answer.
Every step of prenatal care was to the same consistent high standard which allowed my pregnancy to be a calm and a reassured experience.
Our delivery and post natal experience has also been nothing short of amazing due to Justin and his team.
Would I do it all again? Absolutely, but only if I have Dr Tuck and his team!

I would highly recommend Dr Justin Tucker and the team at Monash IVF, Sydney. Being a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, we were a bit anxious about starting the IVF and donor process. But thanks to everyone involved, there was no reason for us to feel this way. We were treated equally to every other family and had such a positive experience.
Living in regional NSW was not an issue whatsoever, as we were able to communicate via zoom and medications were able to be posted. Each step of the process was explained clearly and all our questions were welcomed and responded to promptly.
We are now mums to a beautiful 7 week old girl and cannot thank you all enough.

Dr Tucker and his team (Polly and Vivi) provided consistently high quality clinical care and an exceptional patient experience throughout my time with them. All my questions and concerns were promptly answered, and the big day went very smoothly thanks to the great team of specialists they work with. They also have a fabulous clinic in the city which always feels welcoming.

I cannot recommend Justin and his practice enough. Justin, Polly and Vivi made our pregnancy so enjoyable and peaceful. My husband, (new) daughter Montana and I received incredible care - a responsive, sensitive, and informed practice that gave us such a good experience. As first time parents, we were able to get answers to questions at any time, share our anxieties, and be connected to by the right specialists (such as a womens physio) as needed. All connected doctors/specialists that we saw were equally fantastic. Finally, my husband and I previously lost a pregnancy - Justin and Polly were both incredibly respectful and sensitive to this throughout our pregnancy and helped us go on a fantastic journey this time around.

We had a great pregnancy, labour and recovery and are incredibly grateful to Justin, Polly and Vivi for making this possible.

I remember telling Dr. Justin, "If I could go back into theatre and deliver again I would! " - When I got to the theatre, I felt a real sense of calm and excitement and this was because of the trust I have toward Dr Justin. He is not only knowledgable, he is very trusting and genuinely cares. He has a beautiful blending of being highly skilled and ensuring you are having a beautiful birthing experience and feeling supported which is something I didn't experience with other Obs/gyn. At the end of my time with Justin, I felt I was saying bye to a friend. He is truly a lovely person.

The support we received from Polly post delivery was incredible. She was always available, answering any questions big or small. This allowed us to transition so easily into being new parents as there is so much mis information out there - going directly to the source was invaluable!

Every time we visited the office, we felt we were part of a family thanks to the lovely Viv - she is amazing and always makes you feel special and welcomed. This is a wonderful team of people who will make this important time in your life - a beautiful experience - I miss them all.

Dr Tucker chose the right plan for us, which led to a successful result - I m pregnant! He and his team have been looking after me from the beginning until now, I would like to recommend him to my friends.

Based on a recommendation from a friend, I travelled from interstate to undergo IVF treatment with Dr. Justin Tucker and it is one of the best decisions that I have made. Justin is kind, intelligent, supportive, positive and incredibly good at his job. His approach is personalised and he is always only an email away. The best in the business! Justin has delivered two of our babies. His care is incredible - he genuinely makes you feel like you’re the only person he is looking after. Nat, Polly and Viv are also just divine humans and so caring. We couldn’t recommend Justin more. He’s absolutely incredible. I am extremely happy with the care provided by Justin throughout my IVF journey, and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking fertility treatment.

IVF can be a very lonely and confusing process, but with Justin I felt really well supported and informed. I sought Justin's opinion after failed IVF attempts with a different specialist, and the detail of his investigations, plans, and (most importantly for me) communication were far superior. I really felt like I was being looked after. Having any burning questions promptly answered by email was so reassuring. I am now pregnant with my second IVF baby under the care of Justin. Proof of his success!

Thanks to Dr Tucker our family has recently welcomed our newest little love - Baby River. Throughout our ivf treatment Justin was warm and compassionate and made us feel at ease. We were lucky that for us the ivf process was relatively short and straightforward. I’ve no doubt that was largely due to the expertise of Dr Tucker and Monash. Thank you Justin!
