Apart from my bum and thighs dropping which I have to get done again, I am one of the happiest people as I've always been a overweight woman and Gavin has I believe gone far and beyond to make me feel like a beautiful woman that I never thought was possible. I had a very positive experience. I was treated well and the team was professional and incredibly respectful. There was ongoing transparency and discussions about the surgeries. Always was informed about pros and cons, and at no time was I pressured to make decisions, in fact, Dr Sandercoe was very helpful when I first needed lots of information. Even though he is extremely busy, he still had the time to explain details and be genuinely transparent about all information. I felt very safe and professionally well looked after. The surgery days were with such a wonderful team, that it compensated for the expected discomforts experienced after any surgery. Dr. Sandercoe and his team came to visit me daily at the Hospital. I had very good surgical and medical care at all times. I would definitely recommend and revisit if I needed further surgery.

I have had several plastic surgeries with Dr Sandercoe and the team at Norwest Plastic surgery. The team have been amazing with their support and available to answer any questions and help with any situation. Such a positive experience from start to finish. I felt fully educated on the procedures I underwent prior to surgery. The surgery itself went incredibly well and now nearly 12 months later, my scars look amazing. My family & friends can't believe how good it looks. Post care was also great, I healed really well - though it was slow going, so my journey was probably quite a good one, but regardless I have no doubt even more challenging recoveries that you'd be in the very best care.
Overall, for me, it wasn't an insignificant surgery and I feel so relieved I've done it and so incredibly happy with the result. Life changing and one of the best things I have ever done for myself.

From my first consultation which was over an hour was brilliant.
Many embarrassing photos taken of my excess skin, Dr sandercoe made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. We had many in-depth discussions about what I wanted to achieve, he had his in input & I had mine and together we compromised on the best outcome I could receive. My stay at Norwest Private Hospital was also a breeze, the nurses and the team there are also beautiful. Dr Sandercoe visited myself in hospital every day. I am currently 1 week post operative and I couldn’t be happier. I’ll see the post operative nurse every week for 3 weeks and then Dr sandercoe at my 4 week appointment.

Dr Sandercoe was extremely professional and highly capable. He isn’t a charmer or salesman - he is clearly a very intelligent and highly skilled man who knows his work, has confidence in that, and let’s his results do the talking. I would very strongly recommend him for breast reduction surgery. My results have been outstanding with minimal scarring and my only regret is not having undertaken this surgery earlier. Dr Sandercoe is a cosmetic and reconstructive surgeon and I think the latter is particularly important when considering a reduction to get the best result. Once I started talking about my upcoming surgery, I was really pleased to come across three other women who had also had reductions by Dr Sandercoe and were so delighted by their outcomes so this gave me confidence going into the surgery. Huge difference to my quality of life has been made.

I fell face first into the concrete just before Xmas and broke my arm and put a deep gash right down to the bone just above my eyebrow. Got taken to Blacktown Hospital by ambulance what a joke they didn’t even triage me and told me to walk outside to the waiting room

Phoned Norwest Private Hospital and got straight in did head scans and X-Rays they referred me to Dr Sandercoe who fixed me up in his rooms I was really worried about getting local anaesthetic cause they usually really hurt Dr Sandercoe told me everything he was doing and I hardly felt a thing
