2 I had to go to Dr Deshpande for an IME review. He dosnt listen, and all he wanted to know was more about my house than my injured knees, which are both down to the bone.
He is totally incapable of connecting injuries to equipment at work and has no idea of industrial equipment movements or weights.
I told him during the appointment on numerous occasions that my left knee was the most painful, and he wrote right knee.
He halved the weights I was lifting regardless of the weight tag photos I showed him that proved 100% the accurate weight.
Despite all the evidence I took into the consultation, he disregarded all of it and told lies throughout the report.
His high and mighty attitude is a disgrace to the profession.
He is an EML suedo employee, totally disinterested in patients' facts or truth.
Would never recommend him to anyone.
I now have the MRI results back from the tests I had done ready for surgery in August 2023 (15 month wait) that prove why my left knee is more painful, it has more damage and is 6mm shorter than my right leg.
Dr Sham was a phenomenal doctor. My father had a broken Fibula, tibia, femur and humerus. My father was riding a motorcycle at 22 and was hit by a car. He is alive because of this absolutely fantastic doctor. He is now 60 and works on earthmoving. He owes his life to Dr Sham. It was many years ago, but He speaks VERY VERY highly of this doctor and adores him to this day.
