Best service by Hung, extremely honest and provides the best quality when repairing my laptop speakers. He is not someone who tries to add additional costs, very reasonably charged. Goes out of his way to ensure that I pay to replace what needs to be replaced. Could have easily charged me the additional and claim that it is also an issue but only did what needs to be done which I am extremely grateful for. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Paid $87 for a screen protector that bubbled up within a day for a brand new Samsung ultra 23. The Indian bloke who sold it to me told me he was the manager LOL. Turns out it was another bloke by the name of Ricky. Came back a week later at 9am to get it replaced and a short Asian guy rudely told me to wait 10mins (took 20) to open up the store. Umm business hours say 9am not 9: 20. The audacity of the people that work here! No shame in ripping people off.

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Boom when purchasing an iPhone case and screen protector. Not only did their products fail to meet the promised quality, but their business ethics were also highly questionable by making prices on the fly.
