He swapped a cover I was unhappy with and replaced my cracked camera cover he is very detail orientated. You won’t be disappointed!

I went to boom after waiting 10 minutes at another store, only to be ignored so I left and found Boom!

So glad I did, my phone looked like it needed a new charging port.

As soon as I walked into shop, I was greeted and made to feel like my business was important to them!

The phone technician straight away looked at my phone, he could have told me anything and I would have believed him!
He thoroughly cleaned the charging port as this ended up being all that was wrong with it, this took him time for which I asked how much do I owe you, he said it’s all good, happy to help!
I was more than happy to pay!
I then proceeded to buy a new case new protection screen and a new cordless charger!

I highly recommend both staff their as they are extremely helpful and have good old fashioned honest customer service!

I have different problems with my phone (broken screens, battery, camera/lenses), and Giacomo was always able to solve the issues. He was accommodating and a great professional in his field. Really happy to share positive feedback about the shop in Bondi junction.

Dr Boom fixed my Beats headphones that no one else would. The headphone snapped and every other place told me to get a new pair but for $59 they repaired it. Very happy.

This was a fantastic experience as a customer and also technically. I was set on buying a new phonebt ended up with a new screen, camera and case - all for a very good price and fixed within minutes

Magnum was super helpful and helped me with things that I didn't even know could be replaced. He fixed the back cover of my phone and it looks like new! Super happy with that and the new silicone protector for my screen and camera.
