Yesterday I bought my water damaged galaxy A51 to Dr Boom. My phone can be powered on but the screen was completely black.

Jakir clearly explained the fixing cost and how long it would take to fix. He ordered the part and it was received within a few hours.

Ankush was the technician who was friendly and most importantly he replaced the broken screen successfully.

My experience from this shop was very pleasant and good. I had very important data in the phone and it was not retrieved without the screen back on. Jakir was very confident and assured that his team can fix the issue.

First time I visited this store, I can assure you this was the last.

It was the worst experience I ever had. I bought JBL FOCUS500 wireless headphone for $80.00. Because of the time shortages I did not check the package properly, At home I realized the package was opened, I do not know whether it was used or not,

I have returned it immediately, my request of refund was rejected.
I wanted to talk to store manager, which was also rejected.

So I am helpless, lost $80, feeling deceived and scammed.

This is the explanation of my frustration.

Wonderful service here. They took a great deal of time to explain how to get the most out if my new battery as well as other useful phone tips. Can't recommend Dr Boom highly enough.

Very friendly nice service told us about the new phone charger that we had no idea luckily cause we didn’t have one of the new ones at home. Need a new phone case defs come and see hung and he will sort you out

This is for the store in Lvl 2, appalling phone repair shop, over-promise with no result, empty promises that was never fulfilled and to top it all off, my problem which was under warranty never got fixed. Took 2 weeks and few frustrating follow up phone calls just to get my un-repaired phone. Waiting time was never an issue. My issue is being told over and over that it would be ready in 2 days when it turns out to be 2 weeks and also, at one point no one in the store actually knows the status or even the whereabouts of my phone. Nothing worse than going to phone repair shop that lies to your face. I would be happy with a simple "i don't know" and not over-promising on wait time. Maybe just stick with selling phone cases and protectors. Disgusting.

I went in to the 1st level Parramatta shop and purchased a screen protector and cover and Ricky and his colleague were extremely helpful. The next day I realised that the screen protector was not exactly the type that I was looking for and brought it back as well as requesting for them to clean beneath the screen protector. Anthony was extremely helpful and patient and went above and beyond with his customer service. I was pleasantly surprised with how thorough they were in wanting me to leave the store a happy customer. Sometimes good customer service is just as important as the products and services you sell and I will gladly go back there again in the future.

Wish there was zero star. Level 5 in Westfield Parramatta: I got put new screen protector. He didn't have the exact I was looking for but offered a different Samsung Galaxy protector and said it is compatible for mine. The short Indian guy called Abu was too rude. I paid cash and he didn't give receipt. I was in hurry too as it was 5.25 pm and had to rush to other shop before it closed. I saw immeduately the screen protector had this peel thing on the edges but just had to leave at that time. This phone was brand new and since they didn't have case, i just kept back in box and obviously didn't use as i would only use after getting case. Next day I saw It was peeling on right top side without even being touched. I went to the shop and there was this other tall Indian guy. He was too rude too and said this guy Abu will come tomorrow. I requested him to chk the day and timing that I had come. He said they can't do that. Also he said woolies/ Coles etc wont do too. No one has time to do. The way he said as if they are a bigger company than coles/woolies!
Anyways I went today and Abu wasn't recognising me. After telling him details, he was too rude and said why didn't I ask for receipt. Yesterdays guy was also there and both started abusing me. He told me to give my phone. He snatched it and peeled the screen protector which was so cheap quality, it came off like feather! Another customer behind me was supporting him saying he is doing me a favour by refunding me without receipt. By that time both the staff said they wont refund and will call security! How disgusting! Is this called customer service? Threatening and abusing!
Wish I had read reviews before buying! Do not recommend this! Big fraudsters! Avoid them at all cost!
