Dr Norris performed a lower and mid face lift on me 8 weeks ago and I couldn't be happier!

Dr Norris performed my breast augmentation. He is honestly second to none. He was so thorough during consultations and ensured I was 100% happy and comfortable with my choices.

Surgery was seamless, I had a small issue with nausea after surgery and Dr Norris arranged for medications to be sent direct to my house. Due to strict covid lockdown after care was altered but in no way impaired.

I would not go to anyone else, he’s professional, kind, attentive. Staff are very welcoming and helpful and I have the peace of mind that if I ever have any questions or concerns I have the best in the business.

15 months on and it’s the best thing I ever did!

From the first consultation to my recovery I cannot fault Dr Norris or his team for anything. I had a breast reduction and lift on the 28th of September 2021. I originally had a consultation a year prior to my surgery date, I was willing to get the surgery then and there but I’m extremely grateful for the honesty and care Dr Norris extended to me, he advised me to get to my goal weight prior to committing to surgery and I took his advice. After my weight loss I was extremely confident in my decision to go through with surgery when I did. I’m forever grateful for the honestly and care that was extended to myself during the entire process, I was constantly shown respect and understanding. I felt like I wasn’t getting ripped off or cheated, everything was thoroughly explained. I had more than enough opportunities to ask questions or make suggestions.

I’ve had several consultations prior to Dr Norris, at previous surgeon consultations they were late, rushed, not as informative, were rude, unbothered, were unreasonably priced and not honest. Having a consultation with Dr Norris was completely the opposite experience! He was Incredible, diligent, on time, respectful, honest etc.

The surgery fee was extremely reasonable and fair. I was given options and was explained every fee in detail.

Surgery it self went extremely well, my results speak for it self! I have beautiful, lifted and perky, natural breasts. I was given the option to see if I’d like to do a fat transfer or implants later on, and I was highly considering a fat transfer later however I think they are perfect with just the reduction/lift for now! My expectations were discussed with me prior and I couldn’t be happier!

I’m just 5 days in from having a mini facelift with Dr Norris and I couldn’t be happier. I’m still very swollen and bruised but got my stitches out today and it looks fantastic. I visited Dr Norris in May to get advice on gynecomastia surgery. I have had the problem since I was young and eager to get it fixed, and had read positive reviews on Dr Norris on various forums.

My first consultation was professional and he went through what seemed like standard sales points - 'we are a high end surgery', 'its low risk procedure', 'ive had the surgery' and made me feel like he was genuinely concerned and I was confident he was the right surgeon. What followed was anything but and I would avoid at all costs.

Due to COVID there was only an option on in room surgery, which he pushed me towards. This did not involve going under in a private hospital and I trusted his opinion. As surgery got closer I was worried about this procedure as it meant no liposuction which could have led to 'cratering' and other issues. I read more and more about and realised that this was the incorrect option for me and had inherent risks. He did not advise on any of these complications and seemed just want to get the money in the bank. I called and he advised 'yes that could happen' and is a risk and i advised i would prefer to go private. He seemed very annoyed I questioned him and was not reassuring at all. This raised a number of flags. I had already paid a $500 advanced payment.

No follow up from the reception following this conversation, I looked to move the date, but I was ver concerned and uncertain by Dr Norris approach and unprofessionalism to push me towards a surgery option which could have led to complications. I decided that he was just another money hungry surgeon and not to proceed. He kept $250 of the deposit and good luck to him (after paying an initial $250 consultation fee). Hes probably making a killing off the gynecomastia problem that lots of young men face. His surgery is clean and comes across well, but scratch the surface I would certainly avoid. I should have felt confident and reassured that this was the correct medical option as well as the correct cosmetic option but Im so glad I did not proceed. The more I read the scarier the complications seemed for the in-room procedure. Find someone who makes you feel safe, cosmetic surgery is life changing and you want the right person not some sly surgeon who just wants to buy a second house in Point Piper.
