Definitely didn’t have the greatest experience with this real estate. Our agent Nicole, told us in writing we would get a 12 month lease, then to be surprised with a 6 month lease upon signing (which we got 2 days before move in and we had to ask for.) The property had apparently been cleaned before moving in but it definitely had not, mould throughout entirety of property, the carpets were being cleaned as we were moving in so we had to move in with wet carpet. They knew well in advance what date we were moving in so this is just a representation of how unorganised this real estate is. The oven had no oven racks, was told we would receive them the week we moved in, when we moved out after 3 months we still didn’t have them even after asking multiple times. We broke our lease early, due to the state of the property, the lack of organisation of the company and a few other reasons. Took almost a month to get our bond back after multiple emails. Just overall a very poor experience and would not recommend this real estate.

DPN has an extremely rude and incompetent agent working in the Hunter/Central Coast area. We have had nothing but issues from Nicole from start to end of our tenancy. From ignoring our maintenance requests, via email and phone to using fowl language and being extremely rude and disrespectful towards me. I would never recommend her to even my worst enemy.

Decided to rent my place on the sunshine coast with Alanna.i asked themn short notice but she helped me get the place up to spec, organised cleaning, let me know what i had to do with other services and found me a tennent, even higher than my asking price all in a short time frame.
