Old school customer service. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Thomas and the Team. I'm looking after an ageing parent and I rely heavily on Downtown Pharmacy. Very trusted, very reliable. Thank you!

Don't trust their opening times!
Thomas saw me wave to him as I was standing out the front, yet still took 16 minutes to open at 9.16am. This is despite a big sign on their front door saying they open at 9am.
He complained he had to come from Sydney (that's your choice, not my fault!).
Then when I requested what I was after (a witness signature which cost me $5) told me to "be quick! ". Excuse me! He was the one who had delayed me by, now, 18 minutes and he was acting like my business was a bother to him!
He may be all smiles to your face, but he came across as very untrustworthy. Don't trust him or his pharmacy's opening times.

While I waited for my script every customer was greeted and looked after right away.

I visited initially to get a script filled, I was short on time so opted to go here as it's very close to my work. I usually go to chemist Warehouse, however lately, their service is shocking, and incredibly slow. Thomas said he hadn't seen me before, noticed my script repeat was last dispensed by chemist Warehouse and asked why I visited his chemist instead, I explained purely convenience, I was happy to pay the difference in price for quality service. As a token of appreciation, Thomas reduced the gap in price difference, I now only go here for my scripts. He is fast, efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly,
Not to mention honest. What more could a client want?

Dropped in to buy medication while on our way to the Sth Coast for a holiday. Staff were friendly and took the time to answer my questions and provide advice. Large well stocked pharmacy.

Great small community-focused pharmacy. Nothing like those big retailers who just sell you the most expensive options eg. Priceline/Chemist Warehouse. I received great, honest and reliable advice and was provided efficient and friendly service. My go to Pharmacy, despite not living close by. I'll make the trip for friendly service and great advice!

Pharmacist did not front for flu shot appointment. Staff could not say when he would be attending but offered to take my money anyway. For what I'm not sure. Perhaps just to take my money as well as my time.

I highly recommend this chemist!
I needed a product that was uncommon but they ordered it (just for me!) to pick up the next day (it's way better than browsing everywhere to get what i need!). The staff are funny and earnest people, willing to spend time to give advices about my meds and even my general health.i have been coming back to order my meds and other stuff, wont go anywhere else.

Been here twice. Staff don't know what their doing, can't find scripts and little customer service skills to speak of. Don't have the medication i need, had to be ordered or go to another chemist. Never going here again!

The pharmacist is rude from intial phone call to collection.phoned in advance script not ready error when finally ready, pharmacists solution was to blame his incompetence on me. Took the prescription and will not be back.

Pretty good chemist with some great staff. The only thing stopping me from giving them 5 stars is their hours. Being closed on Sundays can be annoying at times.

Worst experience ever. I thought pharmacists were supposed to be honest and honorable, NOT this one. Avoid this place like the plague.
