Old school gym.you feel like your training where Rocky and other greats did ;)
Seriously, Lee (the owner) has decades of martial arts and boxing experience, and is open 6 days a week.you can't go wrong.
Separate shower cubicles to freshen up before you go back to the office.
Weights, boxing bags, speed balls, and training equipment will help get your office frustrations to the green zone:)
Oh and the price is great!

I love this GYM. I moved to Tassie and I really miss Downtown GYM. There is nothing like it anywhere. Onya Lee!
