If it were possible to rate negative stars. I would. Not a Happy Customer after dealing with these people.
I have never been treated so unprofessionally when dealing with a real estate agent.
My offer was accepted on a Tuesday and confirmed via text, contracts were to be emailed to me Wednesday morning.
By Wednesday afternoon a "mysterious" bidder gazumped my offer.
On raising my offer further it was rejected. 2 reasons: my first offer was too low (they had accepted it!) and the other bidder was prepared to exchange contracts Friday. I was prepared to exchange contracts and pay a deposit on Wednesday!
Smell funny? I'm not buying it and I'm not buying real estate from Dowling Raymond Terrace where scruples are non existent.

Had the sale of my marital home, was told they would help me secure a rental, 6mnths I am still without a place to live and with no support from them when I apply for a rental

The unit my daughter in law was renting burned down.it was a candle fire.her and her 3 year old son were left homeless.greg bates was rude and nasty.kate & madi were no better.they wl not explain or help with the bond.tough luck they said.she is also owed 3 days rent back and wont pay it.i would never reccomend these people to anyone.shame on u! @

If I could give them less I would nothing but problems from the start. Don't except card for bond. Wanted to black list me because I wanted to pay one day later what was my pay day. Never did inspections. Won't take an email as evidence of leaving has to be there paper work. Charge you for a fire alarm check on leaving the house. And much more would not recommended to anyone. On top of all this I never missed a payment or had any problems from the owners who I seen on a regular basis.

The Principal Craig Higgins is unprofessional in his dealings with others. I had the misfortune of having to deal with the agent, who required that I leave work early to allow him to conduct an inspection and didn't turn up. The agent refused to take responsibility for not turning up and said he text me that morning, but he sent the text to the wrong number, blaming an admin error. This was despite calling me on the correct phone number and having email correspondence previously.
