23Been there 5 years doing personal training with Shane Greenwood and can't recommend it highly enough. First of all I was 110kg when I first got there and Shane got me down to 70kg in 5 - 6 months. Was then taught kickboxing with all the thai grappling moves, and when I decided to join the police Shane was flexible enough to put together a program that made sure the physical test was a breeze. Wouldn't change gyms for the world if I wasn't moving interstate - LH.
Great for kids to learn some discipline & get exercise. You wont get better instructors for kids!
Started attending Double Dragon "Tuff Mothers" class for a different kind of fitness. Loved the mix of functional training and the kickboxing. The awesome coaches know how to get the best from you and have a limitless amount of patience (they sure needed it with me) The rest of my family have now joined in with the kids attending Kung Fu and my husband does the boxing classes. It's a great, we'll run, professional gym for all ages and abilities.
