6Thank you again for restoring my handbag so superbly! I am very happy with the result of having my Tod's handbag re-dyed and scratches and wear on the bottom restored. It looks brand new again. I also had some high heeled shoes fixed where the heel had snapped in half - incredible repairs! I won't take my shoes anywhere else.
This craftsman saved my favourite boots with a new sole, other businesses said they weren’t fixable. Friendly service and a reasonable price.
VERY rude and impatient advice. Wouldn’t listen to the issue with the shoe and gave me two irrelevant options. Was poor costumer service and lacked respect.
Absolutely awful experience! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Nasty service and they did a horrible job on my shoes!
Appalling, aggressive service. They ruined my boots beyond repair & then turned on me saying it was my fault & demanded I pay them. If only this review had a photo option to outline just how badly they ruined my shoes with zero effort to accept responsibility for their negligence. Leave your fave shoes with them at your own risk
Great place! Fixed my shoe for free so I could walk home after it broke. Held up great. Other places would've charged $20
