Very rude staff. The lady needs to learn how to talk to customers. If you hate your job then leave it. Wont be going back again.

The staff member who helped me was super friendly and non-judgemental. Great location just within Pitt Street mall. Would recommend coming here - good stock and a clean/ well organised store.

I am really disspointed with thi store, I ordered last time with express shipping on june and they send it to wrong address and again I email to them they were saying that they will resend my parcel but it's being a month but now they are saying they couldn't send y parcel and gave a offer of free delivery on my next purchase which is really really disaapointed.

Hi Danica posting just months ago, would not surprise me, in the 80s I had a naive trial period (unpaid) in Paddington for a week while they based that on sales, insisted I wore high heels. Good luck Dotti.

I frequently go to this store coz they always have a good collection. I want to give a big shout out to the staff specifically to Skyla and Maryam for helping me with the return and refund of a dress. They’re the best. The staff really looks after you while you shop. Love you guys!

Mariam is a superstar. She was so helpful literally put my whole outfit together and gave so many recommendations for outfits and was amazing in every way 10/10 and will be back for her again

I went there yesterday around 6pm and it was packed due to the 40% sale, I was annoyed because when I went to try on the clothes, one of your staff kept prodding the changing curtain and asking if anyone was inside the changing room when clearly I was inside changing. I understand that there was a long queue to change however I came in much later than the other two ladies and she made me feel as if I had to speed change. I bought the dress I wanted but I won't be coming back for the service

Went to the shop yesterday at around 3 pm the lady was ABSOLUTELY RUDE shaming me I pulled my mask down while trying my clothes on. Absolutely rude service of her. Will never come back there and simply don’t recommend it. Someone should teach her how to speak with customers!

Skyla at Westfields Syd Pitt Street store - amazing service, super friendly, helpful but not in your face. The other lady working there was also very friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service and will definitely be going back to that store again soon.

Just want to pay a big compliment to Dotti city store, even though it was super busy today just out of lockdown, the staff were all so polite. The guy at the register was so sweet and spoke so nicely to everyone despite how busy he was. What a star!

Love this store! Staff are always really friendly and accommodating. My only thing is the changing rooms are in serious need of a vacuum and the cotton flowers on the roof are a serious dust trap.

The managers here are the rudest and most inconsiderate people I have ever met. Definitely do not recommend

Shop always as special and lots of clothes but service is not too good. Ground level so easy access for wheelchairs and prams but not much room in the shop for either

Ashlea was amazingly helpful. The girls were polite and friendly the male sales assistant had his back turned to the store front when I arrived and he basicly ignored me the whole time I was there. Sorry Dotti he cost you a star!

This is how customer service is done, if only I could give more stars! All the staff are friendly and approachable. Jess was amazing, happy to grab a few different sizes and make suggestions, checked on me while trying things on and swapped a couple of items for me. Other stores, take note - this is how you look after customers.

I was assisted by Nicole, she was fantastic and knew how to make me feel comfortable in the store. And offered to take my bags, really friendly and helpful. I didn't mind spending a lot of money, because I felt good about buying it. Really happy with the customer service.

People who work there are always friendly and give you the 5-star service. Their sales are absolutely amazing! Especially with their mid season sales you can even save up to 60% off the retail price! I love their clothing because its good quality and can suit everyday wear or formal occasions
