The staff were wonderful, friendly, and provide great assistance and advice. I observed many customers commenting these thoughts whilst in the store. Do not hesitate to ask the staff for guidance or objective assistance as their knowledge of product to suit individuals and fashion trends is outstanding.

I went in to exchange an outfit for my daughter yesterday afternoon and was assisted my Rebecca. Rebecca bent over backwards to help us and was very kind towards my daughter and niece. She is an absolute credit to the company.

The dresses are lovely but the way the staff handled the dress and put it in a very small bag makes it all wrinkled. Im expecting a good packaging that is handled with care because the dress is worth it.

We arrived near closing time with a stack of online returns, the assistant was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Really appreciated her efficiency and helpful attitude. My daughter loves Dotti clothing, we will definitely be back!

Decent quality clothing some things can be a little pricey but they have regular sales with awesome discounts. I love buying their 'basics' range of shirts and leggings usually about $30 but only $10 each when they are on sale which is a lot, perfect mix and match clothing pieces for every outfit. Staff are very friendly.
