50The lookout is absolutely amazing. The walks were such a treat.walking through the rainforest you will be surrounded by giant vines, massive trees, and amazing birds and wildlife.
Best rainforest walk we've ever been on, take a picnic lunch and give yourself a few hours to enjoy!
Fantastic picnic spot, with many tables laid, nice and clean surfaces. Great views of the waterfall and of thr surrounding places. The pool at the bottom is the ideal place for hangouts. Great scenary from the directions. Nice park.
So many stunning walking trails, lookouts and waterfalls. You can easily spend a week just exploring this gorgeous place.
Cafe was nice, but take lots of gold coins if you plan to even go to the gift shop. A donation to get through the door, A donation to walk the sky board, a donation to walk the forrest floor. I didn't dare try for the toilet, I had no more gold coins.
We came here first time in 2005 pre-children, but came back with the kids as we thought it fun and educational. We did the full walk around (go right at the fork at the start, it's a slightly gentler on the uphill) and then enjoyed lunch at the decently priced café. The little shop had some decent items too, all going to support the centre. Worth a trip inland from the usual coastal tourist traffic.
This is one of the best lookouts we have seen on our travels. The views are breathtaking on a clear day and not to bad on a bad one also just as my photos will show you all. We hope this helps someone out there and we hope you enjoy the views. Cheers and Safe travels.
Excellent nature and walks, two bucks for an adult cheap as, skywalk is wheelchair friendly, don't let the easy going charming volunteers fool you the 6km wonga walk loop will take 3 hrs if u play around at the 2 outstanding waterfalls, remember what goes down must come up
Excellent gift shop and cafe, toilets, caravan parking and doco film on loop in theatre, enjoy
Lovely lookout. Great 6.6km walk through the forest. Give it 2 hrs to do if you have a knee replacement like me. But well worth it. Great picnic spot too and has all facilities.
Great forest walks and waterfalls. 6 km round trip to see both falls, the Crystal Shower Falls and the Tristania Falls, but well worth it, especially after a rainy period.
'Sky walk' gives great view of forest below and everything is free. They ask a gold coin donation and that is cheap for the upkeep must be huge. Paths ar mostly tarmac, but can be quite steep. There are some really huge trees and ferny glades.
