My sessions with Dorine have been nothing short of ultra healing, relaxing and grounding. As soon as we start, I fall into the deepest relaxation. Her presence and touch is so calming, nurturing and knowledgeable. She is one of a kind and I feel so lucky to receive from her. I could not quite find the words to describe the experience I’ve had with Dorine. Through severe insomnia, nerve pain, chronic anxiety, digestive issues and cancer, Dorine alleviated my pain and ministered to my distress in ways nobody else could. I don’t know if I could have survived what I went through with the cancer if it weren’t for this amazing woman. I came to Craniosacaral therapy a couple of months ago when triggers from extremely long-standing complex PTSD, together with the physical & psychological impact of post-cancer treatment, had reduced me to a state of deep anxiety, depression, fatigue, insomnia & suffering debilitating digestive issues. Having already gone the traditional route of unsatisfactory GP consultations plus psychotherapy, this latter providing some relief in understanding the impacts from childhood and other trauma, my daughter, following thorough research, suggested I book with Dorine.

Even though sessions with Dorine are very affordable, initially, because I wasn’t working and had previously spent hundreds of dollars on various advice & supplements, I was concerned about the cost of yet another treatment with inconclusive results.

My very first session with Dorine, during which I was at first extremely anxious and highly emotional, was a massive turning point for me. In that session I managed to relax and release under Dorine’s caring & compassionate guidance, allowing me to reach a sense of inner-peace and safety, and in the month following I was able to apply the advice she had given. By the time I returned for the next session my life had taken a very different turn. Overall energy had improved so dramatically that it allowed me to reignite a lifetime love for the great outdoors and accomplish a 13km bush hike, something I hadn’t managed since my cancer diagnosis five years ago. Sleep and digestion improved exponentially and last but not least I started a new sole-trader business.

Since lockdown I have had a few ups & downs but, despite temporarily losing my business, being isolated & restricted like everyone in Sydney, I remain in a much better place than I have been in a very long time.

To say that Dorine is a marvel is an understatement. She emanates the aura of a beautiful soul and her presence is very calming, relaxing & empathic. In my monthly sessions I feel a great sense of being in a safe & non-judgemental space with someone who wishes only to facilitate healing. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

A great relaxing soft tissue release therapy! After massages didn't help much any longer a session with Dorine allowed my muscles and soft tissue to disconnect, release stress and relax.

I came to see Dorine at the recommendation of my Integrative GP and I'm SO glad my GP told me about her. I had been struggling with chronic fatigue and was having a lot of difficulty in getting my nervous system to calm down and I was willing to try anything to see if it would help. I wasn't sure what to expect because I had never heard of Craniosacral Therapy but all I can say is that my experiences with Dorine have been gamechanging for my emotional, physical and mental health. With her grounding and nurturing support I was able to FINALLY process and move through traumatic experiences that I had blocked and stored in my body- that talk therapy just couldn't quite help me with to the same degree. Dorine has a way of making you feel so safe and so seen so you can really let go and let out what you have been storing in for years.sometimes decades. Whilst you can move through big stuff, you dont leave the session feeling worse (as you sometimes you do with certain therapies) I always find I feel 100 times better and far calmer.like I can breathe more deeply. I went to see Dorine after a friend of mine told me that she was getting great results. I didn’t really know what a craniosacral therapist was but I was told that it would help with releasing trapped emotional energies. After just two sessions my whole world has changed. I’ve experienced decades of trauma related to a physical disability and whilst I deal with it there was a deep undertow of resentment. Dorine is an incredible therapist. To date I have not found anyone else who is able to release my jaw tension through the inside the jaw myofascial work - it has helped so much. She has a beautiful personality and magic touch. Each of her treatment sends me into a blissful, thought-free altered state. I experience anxiety on a daily basis, but these treatments have provided a significant release. I just wish I could see her more often!
