Doorstep Organic Food Delivery Sydney

Excellent experience with Doorstep Organics, even though I arrived home 2 hours after delivery, the produce was still freezing cold! So props to the team- I will be ordering again. Thank you!

Update - I have received an apology and have been told that the cheese will be swapped over to the correct one.

Got sent the wrong cheese. When I notified them they asked if I wanted to keep the incorrect item. I said yes sure (thinking that at least I could give it away to save food waste) but that it isn't what I wanted so I'd like the correct one or a refund/credit please. They then had the hide to tell me I owe them the $3 price difference between the cheese I paid for and the one they sent by mistake, but that they'll waive my debt! Not only is this rude, smart arsed service but it also breaches Australian Consumer Law. Pity because I always thought this was a good company but apparently not.

I came across Doorstep accidentally as they were doing the deliveries on behalf of my pastured meat supplier - boy am I glad I did!

Absolutely unreal range of organic products, mostly local, and outrageously fresh, seasonal and generous fruit and veggie boxes.

Very well priced, exceptionally regular delivery to the Blue Mountains, and just excellent all around.

Highly recommend Doorstep to everyone.

Doorstep sells chemical free organic food that tastes great and is excellent value for money. I have more energy a brighter outlook and am a lot happier buying organic from Doorstep

This store used to be good but now it's disgusting. We keep receiving bad ginger, how the hell does ginger go bad unless it's like 50 years old. Your ginger is black, purple and green inside. I'm pregnant and I used it to juice I became very sick. The Apples are floury, celery is dead on arrival juicing carrots are mouldy and they charge top dollar.
My mother in-law is complaining about the same issues Also.
They need to leave the standards like it used to be many years ago.

I am so glad that I discovered Doorstep organics. The service is excellent, and the deliveries always go smoothly. Like others, I really like it that there is minimal packaging and that boxes and so on can be returned for reuse. The quality of the fruit and vegetables is excellent - fresh, seasonal, details of provenance available. (I am very fussy about fruit and veg.) The website is easy to negotiate and you can get pretty much everything you need! Thank you.

Fantastic range of organic produce, from fresh to chilled, bakery to pantry, and everything in between. The quality of the produce is usually perfect, and on the occasion that it isn’t, the customer service at Doorstep is unparalleled. I love that they take back not only cold boxes but cardboard boxes and produce bags and reuse them til they’ve reached end of life. Delivery persons are always friendly and will go the extra step to do a contactless delivery to your apartment door if you ask. Yes, some of the produce is a little more expensive than elsewhere but some is cheaper, so it all evens out… plus you’re supporting a local business, which is so important. So glad I found Doorstep!

My partner and I have been regularly ordering from Doorstep Organics for almost a year now, and I am always glad to easily receive organic fresh produce at home. I've been mentally compiling feedback daily, it's been a complete joy working my way through the delivery. I don't think I've ever been so excited about fruit and vegetables in my entire life. Spoke of Doorstep glowingly to my sister.

Planning to order again next week.

The produce delivered made it clear how much difference it makes if someone goes to the markets daily. I also had the impression the people there really do give you their best wares. The Fuji apples - unbelievably crisp and the most beautiful taste ever. I've eaten an organic apple - mostly Fujis here in Australia - almost every day for about the last 50,000 years.these were poem-worthy.

Next testament to utter freshness was being able to eat the radish leaves and the fennel greens. Worked my way very conscientiously through all the greens. Currently on the final round, a massive tray bake of the superdense, solid red cabbage (loved being able to use the outer leaves, no plastic wrap, both thumbs up), beetroot, fennel and the sweet potatoes, all absolutely top notch, firm, smooth.

The avocados were perfect. I usually make an exception here and buy (bright green, rock-hard) conventional ones. These were worth every cent. More flavour. Zero brown spots inside. They didn't take long to ripen, maybe three days, sitting with the bananas.

Even the mandarines were great, which you can't count on. The smaller ones were the best. The biggest one was the least tasty, a bit woody - just so you know I really mean it about the rest

I appreciated the packing immensely, too, all spaced beautifully. I've packed boxes for an organic delivery service, getting up at sparrows fart in the freezing cold in Germany, btw. I think our boxes had more density going on.

I am enormously grateful. H***s Farm and a certain not-fresh-food supermarket can't hold a candle to Doorstep. I'm almost glad I had those not so great (putting it mildly) experiences with them, it made me appreciate arriving here all the more.

Great online shop with a lot of products to choose from. I have a lot of intolerances and find what I need with Doorstep. Easy website to navigate and delivery is always on time and packed well.
