So much fuss! The installer was great and the doors look good but the whole process was painful. An install was booked but they turned up with the wrong doors, no one called to apologise or rebook and when I did finally speak with someone they said they were really busy and we’d have to wait another two weeks. No one contacted us the day before the second installation date to confirm they were coming or to let us know when they would arrive so I had to make another two phone calls to chase it up and to my surprise someone was able to come. They came with three correct doors but only two door handles but luckily the installer was on the ball and arranged to have another sent separately. I’m happy with the end products but would not recommend or use again. The fact I was emailed and asked to write a “positive review” demonstrates a complete the lack of awareness of what customers value in a good service. Might be time to change the motto…

Would highly recommend doors plus for your door purchase and installation
-Vik was a great salesman and directed us to the best doors for our wants and needs. We appreciated his humour and jokes which made the process more fun
-Duk is a master of the trade and installed them to perfection despite us having a very old building with an odd door frame shape. He also had many good stories to share with us and overall is a very kind and giving man

I would like to say firstly thank you to Victor at St Petes store, for coming out to my home due to the fact I'm a full-time carer for my mum who can't be left alone, so thank you for that because I wouldn't have got to the showroom.

Victor went above and beyond his attitude and professionalism is 12 out of 10 absolutely fantastic he helped me with my new screen doors for my front end back doors and also 2 other doors my bathroom and kitchen.
I chose the lovely bifold doors with the translucent glass with the help of Vivtor who really knows his craft.
He is a credit to Doors Plus and deserves the highest recognition for his attention to detail, his beautiful manner and his professionalism,

A couple attempts to call (unanswered) and 3 follow up emails without a reply. No doubt they are a good company for most, but they certainly haven't delivered the excellent customer experience for me. I'll be going elsewhere now.

I bought a bi-food door, the door is not hinged has no predrilled holes for placing top or bottom rails so is essentially two panels with the bits to drill all the other doors I compared had all the fixing in place and certainly this was not explained by the sales person at Alexandria. I am amazed it is such poor quality as I thought Doors Plus was meant to provide better. The pricing was more expensive than their competitors but I thought I was dealing with a company where the standard would be better

I am giving Doors Plus a five star rating due to the outstanding service provided by their Customer Satisfaction Manager, Peter Kassis. Peter appeared out of nowhere to fix a problem with my order and then went the extra mile to make sure that I was completely satisfied with his service recovery. Peter’s focus on the customer experience is amazing and I cannot commend him highly enough.

The team was amazing! Peter is so helpful and even followed up to make sure all went well with installation. Installation guy was great, was actually early on the day. And overall it was done with great quality and arrived earlier than they had told us! Thank you for a fab experience team, would absolutely recommend!

Duk was a most excellent carpenter/installer who confirmed when he was coming, turned up on time, did very good quality work and tidied up after himself!

Bought some multifold timber doors from Doors Plus in 2006. Still looking good, but the door handle/lock wore out and no longer functioned - today. Called Josh at Doors Plus St Peters; sent him some photos; attended the shop for a replacement. Job done - today. Phenomenal. No fuss! Thanks Josh!

Had two doors supplied and fitted by Doors Plus St Peter's and couldn't be happier. Great service provided by Ivan and the office staff. And thanks to the install team Terry and his father who done a top job.

The door installer was a perfectionist. He did an absolutely fantastic job. I would recommend Doors Plus to anybody looking for a door.

I bought five doors from Doors Plus at St Peters. Let me share my experience. Three of the five doors need to be replaced because, the two external doors were installed incorrectly (around the wrong way, inexperienced or naive carpenter) and the third door was chipped. I am now in dispute with Doors Plus in what constitutes a 'defective item'. Apparently, according to their Customer Care representative (not very caring at all) a splintered chipped door is not a defective item. I paid for a new door and I expect it to be undamaged. Stay away from them as their service and followup is below standard. Doors Plus No Fuss, eh?

Doors Plus was more than competitive with prices. Ivan was very helpful and gave us great advice with our front door. We will definitely be back for our bedroom doors.

Great range of doors and handles to choose from. We were able to select and order very easily, with the help of the friendly staff. Our order was in store within a few days like promised. Great service and will be back.

I had three doors installed from Doors Plus. I am very happy with the results. They gave me a timeframe for the installation and completed it within the allotted time. The service was excellent and they were always courteous and straight talking. Thanks Doors Plus.

I am actually considering legal action. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. From the beginning of the job until well past its completion, I was unable to get any kind of service whatsoever. Their lack of communication and delays cost me in excess of $1500 for additional contractors to complete the doors. I will never use this company again. I am bitterly disappointed by this experience.
