For our new front door, from the moment of entering until we left the store at Brookvale in NSW we were well served, all questions answered in a simple and easy to understand explanation.

Daniel wasn't pushy, rather extremely help and informative - so much so, we have gone back and now wait for our 22 plantation shutters to be installed.

Staff friendly, polite and have a great knowledge of the products. In spite of building two double brick houses along the northern beaches over the years when it came to my decision on to replace two interior doors in my unit I was totally and completely confused and lost for words. Upon entering DoorsPlus, Brookvale I was served by Richard and was overly impressed with his knowledge of the products and guiding me in the right direction. Many thanks to Richard I'm a very happy satisfied customer. Always willing to accept phone calls and answer my queries.
Tony who installed the doors was so amazing. His respect and protection of one's property was highly appreciated. Tony is professional in his trade and left my premises in a perfect state.

I was told it would cost around 3 thousand dollars to install 3 internal doors. When I was questioning him on the high price, he started to get angry with me. So I terminated the phone call. He had I don't care attitude and very rude. This was in Fyshwick ACT store

Sent request for someone to contact me to arrange a measure and quote was advised I would be contacted within 24-48 hours, I week later send 2nd request. Finally got a call back and explained what I wanted and was told "oh not sure if we can do that I will call you back" No call back. Contacted store directly and was told I can't get a measure and quote and have to come into the store, even though 2 years ago I had someone come out and do a measure and quote for exactly what I wanted without having to go in the store. I repeatedly explained this calmly to the person on the phone and was advised that I was abusing him. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was my first time shopping with Doors Plus, and I couldn't be happier with the experience.
Daniel at the Brookvale showroom listened to what style of doors I was interested in having installed in my home, and showed me options that would suite.
Once my quote was emailed, it was a simple process to go over any questions and then pay a deposit to have the order requested.
My new doors are now installed and the whole team including the carpenters were amazing.

We only needed a single door to be supplied and fitted. Despite the small order, Doors Plus at Brookvale treated us as if we were ordering a complete house worth of doors! The service was excellent and Casey, our installer, did a great job! Arrived on time, and was in and out, no fuss, just like the add. Well done team.

We went in wanting to replace all the doors inside and out for our house. Daniel was really patient and helpful for us choosing the doors. When it came time for the doors to be put on there was one door that didn’t quite fit and we needed to reorder - but the whole experience was pretty stress free. The gentleman that came to put up the doors - it was just one person doing all 12 doors! - was really efficient and job was really well done. We love our new doors - still need to paint a couple of more but we are almost done. Feeling really good about the Doors.

Very happy with results. Salesman Stuart at Brookvale did a great job. Although we had to wait for a couple of months the end result is great.

Had a serious issue with door we ordered so I called Doors Plus main number and was told to email their customer service which I did but never heard back. So emailed them again, but once again I never received a reply. I then called Brookvale branch to speak to the manager - another staff member said he would leave a message with manager to call me back - the manager never called back. Called again a few days later and got through to manager who said he would look into and call me back - he never called me back. I will never buy anything from Doors Plus ever again.

The team at doors plus were great to deal with. They had a broad range of doors from budget to premium. The process involved a measurement that ensured the correct fit, the installation was on time and a very pleasant experience

Worst customer service ever!

Purchased a door 22nd December 2022. After getting the quotation, sales person called me everyday until I confirmed the order. He also mentioned that they are already booked for next 6 weeks and installation could only take place in 6 weeks time which was fine.

I also showed the photo and mentioned that heated hanging rail needs to be removed to be able to install the door and sales person mentioned that his installer can remove the heated towel rack.

When the installer arrived to site, he did not remove the heated rack and he also did not install the door. When I found out this, I called the sales person. He mentioned that his installer can not remove heated towel rack due to safety reasons which was fine and I asked him to reorganise the installation asap and I can arrange towel rack to be removed. I also expected sales person to mention this to me before so I can arrange the removal of towel rack by myself.

He mentioned that he will try his best but they are booked out 6 weeks and he can not arrange an installer which was the annoying part. I called multiple times and they said they will get back to me and they never did.

It took them 3 months to install a single door. After the installation, I received a phone call and installer was pushing me to do the payment on the phone straight after the work completion. I said that I did not have my credit card with me and he kept calling me every 5 minutes until I made the payment.

They make the calls and chase you to make the sell or collect the money but they won’t help heir customers for their faults to expedite the situation.

I am really not happy with their service and I will never buy anything from doors plus again.

As a Carpenter i purchase a lot of products, I have been dealing Daniel from Doors Plus Brookvale & found he is very knowledgeable on all the products & has been a fantastic help sorting special jobs & which materials we would use. Great and efficient service from Daniel at Brookvale, however I find the Doors Plus website pretty useless

I called the Doors Plus, Springvale store in Victoria to enquire about having an internal door supplied an installed for my laundry.
The sales person informed me that they would supply and install the door with hinges, but I would need to buy the door knob from them.
When I asked the sales person whether they sold the door knob that I had purchased to match the other doors in my house, he told me that could not be done. Therefore, I would need to have that installed separately.
That's poor customer service Doors Plus! You're a door company.
