Horrible customer service, where they insult the customer by asking if they paid, after giving incomplete/ wrong order.

Lovely seating area in Westpoint, Blacktown. The donuts were sitting there for a bit. Admittedly it was 4pm. Tea was served in paper cups and that was not great. Staff were friendly.

I go here often and I love to start my day with hot donut. They serve lovely donuts but customer service is very poor. I asked them to serve coffee in a mug as I was going to have it there and the girl was very angry and started to bang the saucer; it ruined my day. I hope these type of staff and their service will not effect its business, I feel sorry for the owner.

The donuts I purchased from here were great and I thoroughly enjoyed them.

The cinnamon donuts with a nice even coating of sugar were hot and of a nice consistency which was not too light or heavy.

The iced donuts (glazed, pineapple, caramel, chocolate and strawberry) I also purchased for later consumption were iced perfectly. They all had a nice even medium thick coating which definitely did not look like it was melting off as I've come across at other stores.

I personally didnt have any issues with customer service and found the girls to be quite polite. My only gripe is the prices are a wee bit high, but I guess it's understandable for a small franchise.

A good place to stop and enjoy a cup of hot beverage and if you are senior you get the donuts free. The staff are very helpful and friendly. After I last visited the place the shop has changed owners and the service was not that good. Maybe because of the renovations;

Both asian girls have zero customer service. They don’t say hlo or thank u. Customer give smile to them but they r always rude.
Coffee was served extra hot.

The one star is just due to horrible service by this Asian girl. I was asking about the special offer and she was in such a attitude like she was doing favor to me by selling donuts or giving required information. When I asked you seems bit pissed. Her reply was, "I am packing the donuts you asked" with still that pathetic attitude. Lift up you game donut kings if you want your customers to come back. With this customer service, at least I am not coming back or not going to refer this donut king location to any of my friends

Great location inside Westpoint Blacktown, near fresh food area. Have visited this outlet so many times. Coffee is great and the cinnamon donuts are always served hot (not all Donut King outlets are like that).

Horrible customer service by the girl who served this afternoon rudest girl ever met i can understand she can't speak English asked forcoffee gave tea took it back didn't give coffee or neither refund.manager was acting he was busy on the phone waited 30 min still didn't want to talk rudest business man ever seen in Australia don't go to this shop which is on level 1 near Gozleme king crappy donut king ever visited all bcoz of bad business people.
