Unfriendly staff, not much selection, forced to select from limited option as builder only provided this company to get tiles.

Consultant Shannon is very professional for the Tile selection. The Customer Service was above and beyond. Highly recommended.

These people have ruined my kitchen. Look at the different cuts I would have liked a phone call before deciding with this placement. The tiler in charge was rude and despite my request to come and see the job face to face for a discussion he declined any solution. Disappointed with builder who use this company. Stay away if possible.

My experience was 10/10 and the service and tile selection was perfect. Very happy with the range, advice and installation. Highly recommended

Don's Tiles done a absolute great job of tilling our forever home, I had a appointment with a young lady named Shannon, witch showed me the tiles in my package plus easily worked threw colours and other tiles with great knowledge of what everything would look like once finish and couldn't be more happy with our final product. Due to covid it is appointment only. Appointments were on time and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent range. Take home samples were available and those that weren't are being ordered for me. They made choosing tiles and carpet a very smooth process.

Disappointing is an understatement we had them tile 3 bathrooms, and a laundry. Their tiler could not speak English which made conveying our wishes difficult, He laid 2 tiles with chips on them when this was discovered removal meant damaging the waterproof so they are still there, some wall tiles are not flush with the tile below or beside. We had protective carpet down over the tiles so no trades could damage the tiles during our house construction when this was removed we discover he had laid the bottom row of wall tiles directly on the floor tiles, at all the joints the tiles had started to chip we called Jerry he came out with the tiler to fix the problem but we didn't have enough tiles to replace all the damaged ones and the tile shop had a different batch with a slightly different colour so we had to salvage what we could the only solution was to cut the tiles all the way around the floor on an angle into the joint in each of the four wet rooms with a grinder and only remove the chipped tiles that had chips too large to cover with sealant. This was so stressful the tiler had the grinder and cut the wrong tiles resulting in more damaged tiles this was after I ask Gerry not to let him touch anything the damage was to high Gerry gives the grinder back the tiler who continues to do more damage, the tiler was laughing through the ordeal and then I caught him poking a chisel into the power point? The plumber comes to fit the tapware and as the tiler cut around the the outlets making a huge hole these could be covered by the tapware and we had to then source a cover plate for every tap and spout. We paid over $11000 + the cost of the tiles & materials and in the end were paid a small amount in compensation which we had to wait for Gerry to collect of his tiler before we were paid he told us they are good tilers they do spec homes but our house was not a spec home and the job was not tradesman like He told us that they were not his employees or contractors but he suppled them? Gerry said we should move on but it's not he who is living with the expensive carnage. We can not recommend them. Still very upset at the job and the attitude of Gerry

Forget this place. They're only interested in trade clients, and they don't like the general public. Take your business elsewhere.

Our builder sent us here for our tile selection. Great friendly service with a wide variety of tiles to choose from.

Kaila provided me great customer service and showed me a range of tiles and even helped me with colour matching. She is a friendly, caring person and very hardworking.

Limited range, staff always in a rush for you to select tiles for the whole house in 1 hour and get the hell out of there.

Prices are ridiculously expensive!

Everything is an “upgrade”.

If you ask for colour match grout, expect to pay thousands of dollars (for each bathroom)! A money making scheme to rip you of.

Since builder forces you to use them, you have no choice but to put up with this pretty ordinary experience.

If you ask a question or advice, it’s like an interruption to them. Definitely not even trying to help. Just doing their “job”.

Building a new house is someone’s dream. The customer has to live with those tile choices for years. A bit more love and care would have been nice.

Can’t speak for their quality of workmanship, I guess we will find out soon enough.

This store is never open. You have to make an appointment to look at their tiles. Very poor customer service. I would not give even one star if it was possible.

Such a disappointment! Don’t waste your time, staff are as useful as an ashtray on a motorcycle. They had our house plans for over a week and they didn’t even have the decency to look at them until we walked in the door. In the email I received from them to confirm it asked if I “could bring ideas that I have seen online” not only was it a waste of time looking ideas up on the internet it was a waste of time bringing it to their attention. The staff were more worried about crowding around the front desk looking on Instagram & Snapchat. I am not going to mention the name of the staff member that dealt with Us but they couldn’t have the courtesy to ask “what our names were”. It’s a disgrace and I wouldn’t waste my time going there.

We were referred to Dom’s by our builder for our tile selection and truly felt a 5 star experience. The range is fantastic and the service on par!

Huge selection of tiles to choose from. Carpet lady was super helpful but tile ladies not so much.

The worst job and communication ever!
If your builder has them as a contractor, try to negotiate and change to another company.
%90 of our tiles are drummy and they are not responding to any emails.

The staff members at Dons Tiles were unbelievably helpful. We have built before and new what we wanted in carpet, kitchen design and wall colours, but knew that the tile selection would be the most difficult selection we would have to make. In fact it was the easiest, which was due to the staff members assistance.

Did my selection at Don's and no matter how many times I rocked up to look at tiles before my actual appointment they where lovely, patient and very helpful each time despite my Indecisiveness:)

I am changing my review for the exceptional rectification of the mistaken installation of splashbacks in my kitchen. The tiler that came was what a tiler should be as I could not fault the workmanship. I told him exactly how I envisioned the tiles to be laid and he got it in one go.

It was sad that what happened, happened. But Cathy from Don's was careful and sensitive to what I have gone through and helped me all the way when she found out the problem. If other staff members where just as professional and courteous, this would be a great place to buy tiles from. She dealt with it professionally and I am grateful for that. Thank you.
